Attraction information

• 【Boat Tour Information】The Hozugawa River Boat Tour takes approximately 2 hours and operates until December 13, 2026 (Sunday). Non-operating days: August 11 and September 2. Actual departure times may be delayed by approximately 30 minutes, and queuing may be required during peak periods; we appreciate your understanding. The tour operates normally in the rain and provides canopies. In case of severe weather such as strong winds or rising river levels, the tour may be suspended (including on clear days). If suspended, boat tour fees will be refunded, and the itinerary will be adjusted to other activities in Arashiyama.
• 【Boat Ride Restrictions】 Children under 80cm in height are not permitted to ride; individuals not wearing life vests correctly or those feeling unwell are prohibited from riding; children must be accompanied by an adult (13 years or older); wheelchair users and individuals with certain special conditions require assistance from an accompanying person (wheelchairs cannot be directly taken onto the boat, but guide dogs are permitted).
• 【Sagano Romantic Train Schedule Explanation】This itinerary arranges for you to take the Sagano No. 9 sightseeing train (departing from Saga Station at 13:02 and arriving at Kameoka Station at 13:25). Please be sure to ride according to the designated schedule; it is not possible to change to other train times.

• This activity is not recommended for anyone with certain medical conditions such as high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.
• Please dress accordingly depending on the day's weather conditions
• For smooth entry, please refrain from wearing flip flops, shorts, tank tops, or sleeveless shirts
• It is your responsibility to inform the operator if you have any special health conditions. The operator is not responsible for any adverse effects which may arise from any treatment.

Vehicle & luggage info

• The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)

• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 4 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
