Sernia was an amazing tour guide! Weather wasn’t great so we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji but we enjoyed the rest of the activities we did. Serina made sure to give us ample time at each attraction given that’s it’s pretty packed but never did I ever feel rushed. There was no pressure or obligation to buy anything. She gave great recommendations at each area.

An awesome day trip to Hakone and Yamanaka!
A great thanks to our guide, Yang for her excellent service and her passion to share useful information for each destination, and taught us Japanese phrases/words.
It was exciting to see Mt Fuji didn't shy away from our tour group today despite Tsuyu season in summer. Highly recommended! 🗼⛩️🏔️

It was an amazing trip. Well organized, we had a amazing guide and host Ms Yang. I would recommend Mount Fuji and Hakone trip.

Tour guide Yang Wenjing made excellent arrangements. She contacted us a day in advance with the meeting point location and photos, and our seats were also arranged beforehand on the day of the tour. The timing for all attractions throughout the trip was just right, and the weather was perfect with no rain. It was absolutely wonderful. The bus driver was also very friendly and greeted everyone. Highly recommended.

Our tour guide, Xiao Hu, was wonderful! During our trip to Hakone and Enoshima, she diligently, responsibly, and thoughtfully looked after every group of tourists.

We were extremely pleased with this one-day tour. First and foremost, we'd like to thank our tour guide, Will (Xiao Yu), for his professional and courteous service. He explained the historical background of each attraction and recommended souvenirs worth buying in multiple languages, including Chinese, English, and Japanese. The itinerary was perfectly arranged, and the time spent at each attraction was just right. We highly recommend Will's tour!

Love Yang our tour guide. she is full of enthusiasm, entertaining and caring. She went above and beyond compared to a normal tour guide. kudos! so lucky to be in ur trip.

Our tour guide, Ms. Wan-ting, provided detailed explanations and managed our time perfectly. We took the pirate ship in Hakone and enjoyed black eggs at Owakudani. In the afternoon, we visited Enoshima, where the scenery along the way was beautiful, and had a delightful day.
