This tour allows you to visit two major attractions in one day: Hakone (pirate ship + torii gate on the lake + Owakudani) and Kawaguchiko (Chureito Pagoda + convenience store). The itinerary is very well-planned, and our guide, Serina, was incredibly attentive. In addition to providing introductions to each attraction in advance on the bus, she also sent supplementary photos via WhatsApp and reconfirmed meeting times, ensuring everyone understood all the key details for a smooth and enjoyable experience. She was very professional! This tour and guide are definitely worth recommending!
Sernia was an amazing tour guide! Weather wasn’t great so we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji but we enjoyed the rest of the activities we did. Serina made sure to give us ample time at each attraction given that’s it’s pretty packed but never did I ever feel rushed. There was no pressure or obligation to buy anything. She gave great recommendations at each area.
The itirenary was great! Admist the weather (cause we had rainy conditions) Serena made it possible, fun, li and she really tried her best to accomodate the whole tour. Just a couple of things that I would request may probably be (1) easier way to find the tour guide at the meeting point.
I joined this local tour alone, and the itinerary was packed. I got to ride the cable car and even opted for the pirate ship cruise to enjoy the scenery. The weather was fantastic that day, and I could clearly see the peak of Mount Fuji. Our beautiful tour guide, Serina, was very dedicated and professional, and she even helped me take many great photos. I will definitely recommend this to my friends.

Please be sure to check your email (it might be in the spam folder!). Do not be late on the day of the trip; no refunds or changes will be made on that day! Therefore, you must check your email and add the tour guide!!!
- Please keep your mobile phone accessible during the tour so that the relevant reception staff can contact you! If you have not received the email by 21:00, please contact our company.
