Captain Jack was amazing! He spoke both English and Mandarin (with ocassional Japanese) without missing a beat. 双语切换自如。He also helped to take photos. There was a jam so a lot of places were cut short and we skipped lunch entirely. I think the itinerary might still be a little too rushed even without the jam. But definitely still glad to visit many places in a day! One other comment, at the gathering point in the morning before the tour, it was quite hard to locate the assigned guide in the crowd. Would have been easier if the flag number was given.

My friend and I really enjoyed the experience. The guy was really cute and nice (can’t remember his name but he has long hair). His car was clean and nice, the drive was fast and smooth. He gave us enough time to take pictures and also helped us to take pictures together. My phone run out of battery and he suggested to charge it in the car.

An amazing experience in Kamakura! It’s a worthwhile day trip from Tokyo, with beautiful seascapes—especially around Enoshima Island. Our guide, Jeffrey, was very organized, which was especially helpful as we navigated the trains as a large group. Highly recommended!

The tour is very good and the guide (zoe) waa very kind, knowledgeable and shared a lot of inputs during the travel. would definitely recommend all to visit MT Fuji using their services, also the food and the options were. fantastic.

One of the most wonderful experiences I've ever had, especially for car enthusiasts – you shouldn't miss this opportunity! Our driver, Kobayashi, was driving a fantastic Lexus. He took us to the famous Daikoku parking garage, a popular gathering place, and drove us at high speeds in some areas. Then we went to Tokyo Tower, another parking garage, and finally to the famous Shibuya intersection. A truly enjoyable trip, well worth experiencing!

Sarah did an amazing job keeping the group on schedule so we had the opportunity to experience everything. The trip is very fast paste but you get to experience many things in one day. I traveled with a 12 year old child that enjoyed the trip.

Yesterday I joined a Hakone day trip, and it really exceeded my expectations by far! This trip became extra special because of the guide, Sakuragi. He was not only very professional, with detailed explanations of the attractions, but also enthusiastic, maximizing the emotional value throughout the trip, making people feel especially warm and considerate. He switched between Chinese and English with ease, and even had a touch of cute humor. He was handsome and approachable at the same time, I have to give him 100 points 💯! Although the weather wasn't perfect, the scenery of Hakone wasn't diminished at all. Instead, the clouds and changes in light and shadow made it appear more tranquil and profound, with a sense of sacred power. The moment I boarded the pirate ship, I really had the illusion that my "One Piece" dream had come true, as if I had become a pirate pursuing the Grand Line, so cool! However, the most shocking part of the whole trip was Owakudani. I regretted not being able to visit a volcano during my trip to Indonesia, but this time my dream finally came true! The steaming surface, the smell of sulfur, the magnificent landscape... it was really cool and spectacular. It was my first time eating the legendary black egg, and it was so delicious with salt, especially simple and delicious. The biggest surprise was that Hello Kitty had a collaboration with Owakudani and Mount Fuji. As a long-time Hello Kitty fan, I was instantly overwhelmed, it was so cute it was almost unfair! Afterwards, we also went to Lake Yamanaka. The lake water was as clear as a mirror, gently reflecting the surrounding mountain scenery on the lake surface. Although the clouds were thick that day and we couldn't see the full view of Mount Fuji, it made me understand the impermanence of nature and its beauty even more. As someone who has lived in Canada for five years, I am actually very open to the fact that I couldn't see Mount Fuji. After all, if it snows, Mount Fuji will be shrouded in mist and you won't be able to see anything. And the snow scene here also made me compare the winters of Toronto and Manitoba - the snow there always brings the worries of endless shoveling and the anxiety of commuting, while the snow in Japan has a quiet power, falling on the mountains, lakes, and eaves, so quiet that it brings peace to the heart. Of course, you still need to wear enough clothes ❄️ The last stop was Oshino Hakkai. The fish cakes sold at the snack stalls there were absolutely delicious! They were even better than the famous fish cake shop I had in Haeundae, Busan, South Korea. They were chewy, fresh, and fragrant, and a hot bite healed my whole being. Although I missed seeing a clear view of Mount Fuji due to the weather, which was a bit of a pity, the whole trip was still perfect for me. Thank you to guide Sakuragi for bringing joy and companionship along the way, and thank you to Hakone for giving me such a gentle, rich, and healing day. Next time I come, I will definitely choose Hakone again, and choose this peace and beauty 💙
