After placing the order, the staff quickly contacted us regarding the details and itinerary. It could be modified as needed. The driver arrived earlier than scheduled and waited patiently. They were polite, drove safely, and the vehicle was clean. All seven of us were very satisfied.

Spring at Wawushan is a floral paradise! Rhododendrons and cherry blossoms cover the slopes. The air is fresh, and every corner offers a stunning photo opportunity.

Ordered for delivery to the hotel in Shanghai. Delivery was prompt by courier but no notification of parcel tracking and delivery time. Had to ask the hotel a few times to be able to get the cards. Other than that, cards were cute and usable.

Booked this after realising that it’s more worth it for 4 people to share one car vs 4x return high speed tickets + 4 Didi rides. One day before the trip, the tour operator, Taylor, contacted us via email and communications were done swiftly through Wechat. Our assigned driver, Yan Jiangang also contacted us to confirm our preferred itinerary. Our day started at 6AM and ended at 8PM back at Chengdu. We managed to cover both Mount Emei and Leshan Buddha, although 3/4 time was spent at Mount Emei (take note that this car service does not drive up to the cable car station). Overall, we’re pleased with the punctuality and service excellence, and will recommend. Do note that this service does not include the bus tickets, cable car and entrance tickets to Mount Emei.

He was flexible and took us to all the places we wanted to visit, and also recommended interesting spots around Dujiangyan. What we really appreciated was that he didn’t just drop us off—he actually walked us to key highlights, such as Zhongshuge Bookstore, and made sure we reached the exact entrance. Overall, it was a very comfortable and well-organized experience. Highly recommended.
