the driver was polite. his car was new and clean. he drove safely. he recommended a guide for Leshan Giant Buddha which made it an informative & pleasant trip.

Ordered for delivery to the hotel in Shanghai. Delivery was prompt by courier but no notification of parcel tracking and delivery time. Had to ask the hotel a few times to be able to get the cards. Other than that, cards were cute and usable.

Very good vehicle and driver to take around all day in Chengdu. The driver even helped us find a very decent restaurant for lunch which we appreciated.

The driver arranged for our one-day private car tour was Xiao Wu, who was very kind, polite, and punctual. First, the seven-seater vehicle provided was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The itinerary was perfectly timed, and we visited all the planned attractions, including Panda Valley, Dujiangyan, Zhongshuge Bookstore, and Yangtianwo Square. Xiao Wu also specifically recommended a great Chinese restaurant for farm-style dishes. I highly recommend this private car service for friends or family trips; it saves a lot of hassle.

Booked this after realising that it’s more worth it for 4 people to share one car vs 4x return high speed tickets + 4 Didi rides. One day before the trip, the tour operator, Taylor, contacted us via email and communications were done swiftly through Wechat. Our assigned driver, Yan Jiangang also contacted us to confirm our preferred itinerary. Our day started at 6AM and ended at 8PM back at Chengdu. We managed to cover both Mount Emei and Leshan Buddha, although 3/4 time was spent at Mount Emei (take note that this car service does not drive up to the cable car station). Overall, we’re pleased with the punctuality and service excellence, and will recommend. Do note that this service does not include the bus tickets, cable car and entrance tickets to Mount Emei.

it was a pleasant ride. The driver was very helpful with the luggages. He was also considerate in helping me because I have a hip condition so going up the coaster could be a challenge. the ride was good and he stopped for toilet when we requested him. The overall service was good
