Our driver, Robin, was excellent. He drove safely, and we felt very confident with his driving. He was very familiar with the roads, and even when there was fog, he was careful. He was constantly concerned about our motion sickness, asking us throughout the trip. If you're making a reservation, you can request Robin by name. We highly recommend him. He stopped for bathroom breaks and stretching whenever we needed, and he also asked if we wanted to stop for food when we were hungry. In summary, he provided excellent care. You can communicate with him via WeChat; he's good at chatting there.

The driver arranged for our one-day private car tour was Xiao Wu, who was very kind, polite, and punctual. First, the seven-seater vehicle provided was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The itinerary was perfectly timed, and we visited all the planned attractions, including Panda Valley, Dujiangyan, Zhongshuge Bookstore, and Yangtianwo Square. Xiao Wu also specifically recommended a great Chinese restaurant for farm-style dishes. I highly recommend this private car service for friends or family trips; it saves a lot of hassle.

Ordered for delivery to the hotel in Shanghai. Delivery was prompt by courier but no notification of parcel tracking and delivery time. Had to ask the hotel a few times to be able to get the cards. Other than that, cards were cute and usable.

We had a great experience with this private car tour. Communication and booking were very fast and efficient, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. The driver was punctual, professional, and very attentive throughout the trip. He was flexible and took us to all the places we wanted to visit, and also recommended interesting spots around Dujiangyan. What we really appreciated was that he didn’t just drop us off—he actually walked us to key highlights, such as Zhongshuge Bookstore, and made sure we reached the exact entrance. Booked this after realising that it’s more worth it for 4 people to share one car vs 4x return high speed tickets + 4 Didi rides. One day before the trip, the tour operator, Taylor, contacted us via email and communications were done swiftly through Wechat. Our assigned driver, Yan Jiangang also contacted us to confirm our preferred itinerary. Our day started at 6AM and ended at 8PM back at Chengdu. We managed to cover both Mount Emei and Leshan Buddha, although 3/4 time was spent at Mount Emei (take note that this car service does not drive up to the cable car station). Overall, we’re pleased with the punctuality and service excellence, and will recommend. Do note that this service does not include the bus tickets, cable car and entrance tickets to Mount Emei.
