This lunch at Hong Ding Yan was the highlight of our Chengdu trip! Celebrating Chinese New Year here was truly unforgettable. The hotpot was outstanding—fresh ingredients, rich and flavorful broth, and authentic Sichuan taste that left us wanting more. The wonderful cultural performance added a strong festive atmosphere, making the whole experience both fun and immersive. The staff were warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. Shu Yan Fu in Chengdu offers a truly unique cultural dining experience. The performances are engaging and well-executed, giving a great glimpse into traditional Sichuan arts. While the food is average and not the main highlight, the overall atmosphere and show make it worth visiting at least once.
