I'm extremely satisfied with the chartered car service arrangement. The driver contacted me via WeChat the day before the activity and arrived at the hotel on time for pickup on the day itself. Our driver, Mr. Cao, was very chatty. He explained the scenery and Chengdu's history and culture along the way. The car was clean, without any unpleasant smells, and adorned with cute panda decorations. He also adjusted the itinerary in advance according to our needs. Knowing that we wanted to see pandas, Mr. Cao even picked us up early at 7:30 AM and sent us many adorable panda clips 😍. We were very lucky. When we arrived at Dujiangyan, he also recommended a restaurant for us. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would recommend this itinerary to everyone.

Driver Liu is really professional and on time. He checked and reminded us to get our tickets as this package only includes the transport. He guided and helped us with the purchasing of tickets onsite.

Although the price is a little expensive, it is very convenient and comfortable. Driver Liu is punctual and polite. It is the best choice to go to Shenshuping. I saw Fu Bao, very lucky!

Excellent service! Premium car with charging, friendly driver, no rushing, and helpful with recommendations for attractions and restaurants. Even during heavy Qingming Festival traffic, the experience was still great. Very satisfied!

Seeing the pandas at Wolong was great. Luckily I knew Wolong is the best place to see them as generally trips advertised on Klook don't name the panda destination. Such lack of details is almost negligent as there are at least 4 very different panda destinations. I booked the trip, then immediately was told I had to decide the details of the Dujiangyan & they had to be finalised by 3.30 within in 2 days or Klook would cancel the trip! Despite these details having been clearly finalised & agreed, we were taken to the wrong place & the popular local drop off at D. was unknown to the driver. I consider this to be either due to the agent or the driver or both. I know both will blame each other because we experienced a very uncomfortable 45 minutes while they communicated with each other & we were caught in the middle. There must have been a lack of communication between agent & driver prior to the trip. At Wolong, we were kuckily told by the driver, not the arranging agent, that as Hong Kong residents, we could have free entry. This is the first & last time I'll use Klook trips due to Klook's policy mentioned above & the very unpleasant experience during the trip.

Driver Li was very punctual, polite, and provided excellent service. He explained the characteristics of many attractions in great detail. The drop-off location was very convenient, his driving was excellent, and the vehicle was very comfortable. The entire trip was very pleasant, making for a great experience. Five-star rating.

After placing the order, the service attitude and quality of the itinerary manager, Ms. Elsa, and the driver, Ms. Tang, were very high. The thoughtful service and care made our family very happy that day.

Tour is free and easy, driver is punctual and our ride to ShenShuPing is smooth despite slight traffic condition. Driver is accommodating and we believe we are the most easiest going group ever because we just want to touch and go on the attractions. But we have to make a note that the driver IS WAY TOO TALKATIVE and every other minute he is either on the phone and talking to his friends. We can’t even have a peaceful ride and rest and he yaks none stop. Nothing against the attraction, but the quality of the drivers selection needs to be more better.

The driver helped exchange tickets at the Shenshuping ticket office, which was very convenient. The driver also took us directly to the ticket office, saving us travel time. The road to Shenshuping is very congested, and the weather is hot, so I recommend a chartered car for tourism, which is much more convenient. There are many attractions in Dujiangyan. A chartered car can take you to the ticket office, and after the visit, the driver can take you to Yangtianwo Square, which is very convenient.
