very easy! bought via klook apps. straight line up at the entrance, no need to claim for the physical ticket. just show ur QR from klook the staff will help to verify. bring ur original passport. then done all set to go! be sure to reach early if u want to see cheeky n playful panda. only at the queue area many crowd then go separate ways n take ur time to explore. u will get the chance to up close n personal wf pandas

I really enjoyed this trip. it was wonderful. Hotel pickup is available if you stay within the Third Ring Road (be ready @ 4.50am). The bus was really comfortable. The guide, Xiao Yang was really helpful & tried her best even though I'm a foreigner who doesn't speak Chinese. On the way to Bipeng, the bus will stop once for 20 minutes. There you can go to toilet, buy meals, snacks, winter equipment (if you don't have). You will spend around 5 hours in Bipeng (more than enough for me). I reccomend you guys buy oxygen supply if you are not familiar with high altitude area. There are 4 stops in the area which is up to you how long to spend in one area. I spent most of time in first stop Longwanghai (2,950m) & the peak, Yanziyanwo (3,900m). I don't spend time in Shanghaize (3,580m) & Panyanghu (3,640m). Oh yes, if you have motion sickness, be prepared with you motion sickness medicine. The route up to the peak is zig zag. Overall, great experience for me and exceed my expectations!

I must give a big thumbs up to the trip managers! They were extremely thoughtful throughout the journey, patiently answering all kinds of questions and even planning the sightseeing routes in advance to avoid backtracking, which saved us a lot of time. During the trip, they also carefully reminded everyone to keep their personal belongings with them and stay hydrated, taking care of us just like friends. There were no shopping stops or hidden tricks the entire time, making us feel really at ease. Such a great service experience has made my impression of this trip even more wonderful.

While the tour started pretty early, there was a vehicle to pick us up at the hotel. the itinerary pace was good and we managed to see everything. The guide (云朵) was friendly and took good care of everyone.

booked a small group join in tour - chinese means it is a driver - guide u on the road - have to walk ourselves most of the time. driver pick us up at 8am. on ur hotel, then sit in a sedan (aion brand) car for the whole trip just the 3 of us and bring us to the destination as according to the itinerary. not inclusion in the package is the admission ticket to the pagoda which is ard 40- 50rmb per adult. then the buggy ride from the start to the end of dujiangyan if nt have to walk abt 20-30 walk. recommend u to take buggy ride which u need to pay. not sure how much cos i walk and regret. duno much abt of dujiangyan history cos was told to meet the driver after done. walking - yes alot! walk here walk there, climbing stairs and down the stairs too. pagoda is just to get a good view of the scenery. but was foggy during the noon time. lunch they will bring u somewhere if u want their recommendation. pay on ur own for lunch. ard 413rmb with fish and veggies n rice.

Came to Xiling Snow Mountain for a day trip with the kids, and they had a blast! Snowmobiles, banana boats, building snowmen – there were so many activities to choose from. The facilities in the scenic area are excellent, and there are hot drinks for sale in the rest area, so it wasn't cold at all. The tour guide followed us the whole time, helping us watch our luggage and take photos. The service was super attentive. We'll definitely come again!

Sasha knows the major attractions of Jiuzhaigou like the back of her hand and can explain the characteristics and ecological background of each attraction in detail. Her words are vivid, and her stories are fascinating, making every visit full of anticipation. Sasha's arrangements for the itinerary were also very reasonable, allowing us to avoid peak crowds during our visit to Jiuzhaigou, making the whole process smoother. At each scenic spot, she would take us to the best viewing position to ensure that we could appreciate the most beautiful side of the scenic area. In addition, she also cared about our needs, always asked about our feelings, and ensured that we could all fully enjoy the beautiful scenery. It is worth mentioning that Sasha is very good at taking pictures for us. She not only recorded our beautiful moments in Jiuzhaigou, but also captured every best shooting angle, making our travel souvenir photos particularly charming. With her help, we all left many precious memories. In summary, the whole trip made me feel a strong sense of humanity. The 2D1N JiuZhaiGou tour package was excellent. The PIC contacted me through WeChat after the booking, and informed the necessary tour information the afternoon before. Instructions were very clear for the train journey from 成都东 to 黄龙九寨. We then met with our tour guide, Ms. 黄金花 once we reached 黄龙九寨 station. She was an excellent tour guide, providing organised and detailed information for both 黄龙 and 九寨沟 location. She was also very attentive and caring, consistently checking up on us and providing reminders throughout both locations as it was free and easy arrangement in these areas. The itinerary and additional expenses not included for the tour were accurate as described on Klook.
