A huge thank you to Sally for the customized itinerary recommendation! The Changbai Mountain trip left me amazed! The majestic peaks were covered in white snow, resembling a wonderland. I customized a private itinerary, from relaxing in the hot springs to snow hiking, which made for a unique experience. The driver took great care of us, took us to the restroom, took us to eat, took us to mail postcards at the post office, took us to play in the snow, paid the ski deposit for us, and took pictures for us. He did everything! He was everything to us, absolutely excellent. He even woke us up in the morning. The coordination in the WeChat group was excellent and very responsive.

This tour is amazing led by our lovely leader Xiao ji. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area, being a native, and shared unsurmountable history about the places we visited. In event there is language barrier, she is quick to use language translator to ensure smooth communication and avoiding any misunderstandings. She is also attentive to all of our needs, and can accommodate modt form of compensations in event things dont go to plan and ensures the tour always moves at a precise time. Absolutely recommended

We had an excellent experience with our tour guide in Harbin. our tour guide Liu Jia is very professional, knowledgeable, and patient, and always made sure we were comfortable despite the cold weather and language barrier. Truly made our Harbin trip smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. Highly recommended!

One of the best activities we tried when we were in Harbin. the bus transfers were ontime and really nice, while the Volga Manor is so out-of-a-book fantasy place where various activities are also available. it was a wonderful experience to see the fusion of Chinese and Russian culture in one place.

I personally feel that the food served was not worth the money paid. The only expensive food item was the Buddha Jump Over the Wall. The flavour was also off as I could only taste ginger which was added to mask the fishy smell from the seafood. But it killed the umaemi flavour of the seafood. well, just for the performance and experience. plus they don't clear the empty plates from the table.
