The whole itinerary was seamless and made for a genuinely wonderful experience — from the elephant sanctuary to bamboo rafting and our time at Bua Tong Waterfall. Each activity was well-paced and enjoyable. Our driver-guide, Dum See, was friendly, patient and very experienced. He took the effort to understand our different needs, whether it was helping the kids feel comfortable or ensuring the adults had enough time at each stop. His warm personality really added to the day.
Overall, it was a memorable and well-organised trip, and I’d highly recommend it, especially for families with kids.

amazing experience at the day tour in Chiang Rai. Booked the tour through Klook and had an amazing timely hotel oick and drop service. the temples were amazing and Lalita cafe was beautiful as promised. overall had a great time and would definetely recommend the trip to everyone

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Chiang Mai Kerchor Elephant Eco Park! The entire tour was well-organized, educational, and truly memorable. Our guide, Rocky, made the day even more special—he was incredibly funny, knowledgeable, and engaging throughout the entire experience. Rocky shared fascinating facts about the elephants and the park’s conservation efforts, and his sense of humor kept everyone smiling. The interactions with the elephants were respectful and heartwarming, and it was clear that the animals are well cared for. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Chiang Mai, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Rocky as your guide!

Matt was our tour guide and he was very friendly and knowledgeable! He is a true professional with his recommendations, communication, and will also help take picture! Mr. Lee was our driver and he was great as well. I appreciated how many greatly timed the bathroom stops were and how the tour was designed so we just have to show up and have a good time.

The whole experience was so wonderful and we visited majestic places. I also like the buffet style of eating for our lunch and not to mentioned our tour guide Vicky is so helpful and caring, she even gave us fresh pineapples for our snack.

Pick up was straightforward - guide Mint will call out name so you won't miss the bus as long as u reach there on time. He gave a breakdown of the schedule so you know what to expect. Itinerary may change up, especially during peak season, but will still get to go every stop in the package.
Mae Klang Waterfall was pretty but Wachirathan Waterfall was just spectacular. You will be sprayed, but it's the largest waterfall in the mountain so why not. At the Karen Hill Tribe Village, we tasted Arabica coffee, cascara drink, mixed flowers & butterfly blue pea tea. The walk around the village was scenic + there's no hard sell of items. Lunch service was fast. Thankful people were willing to queue to take pics at the highest peak of Thailand spot compared to the coin wishing stone! Weather is cooling up there. To get to the twin pagodas, have to take the songtaew instead of own tour van. Mountain views were lovely. There is a flower garden too. Hmong Community Market lets u try local delights.

Thank you for a great tour! our tour guide P'Sing was very knowledgeable and was very patient. P'Sing also had great recommendation of coconut ice creams and hidden spots on how to take perfect photographs. P'Sing himself was a great photographer as he helped our family take many great photos. I would definitely recommend this tour and P'Sing as your private tour guide.

we got picked up and dropped off from our hostel in a private car. it was extremely comfortable and our guide Dom was lovely! we got a text the night before with exact timings which was extra helpful! we had the perfect amount of time at the sticky waterfalls! it is beautiful! we then got taken to the cafe to soak up the views! we had 40 mins to chill here who was lovely! overall a great excursion if you are in a smaller group and don’t want to get a taxi there and back!
