visited late Nov, very heavy snow that day. drive was comfortable. Had to wait 2 hrs in the snow for the 8am slot. was very crowed. driver told us to take a train back at our own expense coz she had to wait to bring back other guest. She dropped us at the krakow train station. Trip was definitely still worth it.

The best tour experience I have ever had. The driver pick me up. There are English tour guide to show us around.

The tour was good because it allowed skip the line entry to the factory (even during off peak season there was a long queue), and the guide also helped bring the info to life. The museum itself was well organized and allowed you to feel what it was like. The same guide brought us on the walking tour and she was very knowledgeable.

In the summer, you should pay attention to the hot temperature when going to the concentration camp, and bring sunscreen products, especially since the concentration camp 2 is open-air and it is easy to get heatstroke. It is recommended to go to the concentration camp in the morning in the summer and go to the salt mine in the afternoon, which is less likely to cause heatstroke

our guide is very knowledgeable about the tour. but she sometimes speaks in a very low voice in some areas she cannot be heard. there are some areas that we were not able to see the exhibit bec we rushed thru, maybe bec of too many visitors. but overall itvwas very organized, solemnly presented. all the artifacts are well kept, the place is very well.kept. highly recommendef tour.
