I absolutely LOVED it here! Everything and I mean EVERYTHING was immaculate. I was in awe of how beautiful this place was and how well kept everything is from the outside and the inside! I would love to stay here again in the future. Only critique I have was that the wi-fi didn’t work that well. I was able to connect but it kept going in and out. Other than that, so far the best place I have stayed.

Wonderful building right next to Krakow main station. Staff didn’t speak much English but the rooms and facilities are great and price was very reasonable (maybe I was lucky).

We went on a day trip to Auschwitz and Birkenau with Kate as our driver. She was punctual, cheerful, and made the journey very pleasant. Our guide at the site, Kasja, was incredibly knowledgeable and easy to understand. An intense but very well-organized experience — worth every cent

Smooth pick-up and drop-off, with text messages and emails sent two days before the trip to inform you of the meeting point. The tour is a group tour with other people, but it doesn't affect the quality of the visit. The guide's explanation was very humorous. At the beginning, you have to walk down 800 steps to enter the salt mine before the tour starts, and then the total length is about 3 kilometers. Be prepared to walk. Some of the chambers are pretty good. Overall, recommended to visit.

Absolutlet loves this adventure. my tour guide was named filip and he was wonderful and the vibes were really good. it started at 8am riding to a small village and was taught the history of the village. then made our way to a small hut and was given the local cheese and vodka. super yummy to both! then we made our way to the funicular ride in the heart of zakopane! it was a beautiful town. then made our way to the thermal baths which I absolutely loveddddd. very relaxing and much needed on my last day of my Europe trip. we ended up getting home around 7pm. a long day but worth it!

we booked the tour with hotel pick up instead of us waiting at the designated meeting point. although it is a bit more expensive when choosing this method but not having to walk to the meeting point in the cold is a truely bonus.

the trip to zakopane was very smooth from pick up to drop off..Niko the guide was very informative and fun guide. the only thing i didnt like was that zakopane was very crowded and just full of vendors, and the same at the thermal pool just overly crowded.

They provided a detailed description of the ghetto buildings. I never expected to walk around. It was a very serious tour and I was impressed. I really appreciated having a signal for the meeting point.
