What to expect
The museum garners immense popularity among tourists, primarily due to its portrayal of Krakow's tragic Second World War history, famously depicted in Steven Spielberg's Oscar-winning film "Schindler's List." Its unconventional and contemporary exhibitions evoke strong emotions in visitors. Delve into the compelling narrative of a German entrepreneur, Oskar Schindler, who saved numerous Jews during the war. Additionally, traces of the harrowing events linger in the streets of the former Jewish ghetto, Podgórze. Witness remnants like the intact ghetto wall, dwellings once inhabited by displaced Jews, the historic "Under the Eagle" pharmacy, and the poignant monument featuring 68 chairs in Heroes' Square, commemorating the ghetto's heroes

Reviews
The tour was good because it allowed skip the line entry to the factory (even during off peak season there was a long queue), and the guide also helped bring the info to life. The museum itself was well organized and allowed you to feel what it was like. The same guide brought us on the walking tour and she was very knowledgeable.
starting from the beginning I had a pickup from Krakow, the driver was very friendly and prompt with great communication to let you know where he was and how far out. the vehicle was a little small and filled but all in all was fine. our guide (Amy) was amazing and full of knowledge. she showed us around while explaining everything in detail and took questions during breaks, after Auschwitz, we were taken to Birkenau and everything was again explained very well and plenty of time was given to take photos and ask questions. afterwards we were driven back to our hotels. couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
it’s always nice to see what in the text book in real. good to have someone explain the details and what had happened.
A fantastic experience! The tour guide provided very clear explanations. Besides Schindler's Factory, we also walked through the Jewish Quarter and saw many historical buildings that have been preserved.
They provided a detailed description of the ghetto buildings. I never expected to walk around. It was a very serious tour and I was impressed. I really appreciated having a signal for the meeting point.
The queue was long but the reservations with a guide here gave us priority entry which was good. The museum was more of an overview history of the war in Poland rather than an exhibit of the Schindler’s factory.
