Reviews
Salt mine guide was managing a large group of about 30 but didn’t make the effort to speak louder or repeat herself so that people at the back could hear her. However, our driver-guide and Auschwitz guide, both Michaels, were great!
You can go to two places at once without having to arrange transportation by yourself, which is very convenient. In the summer, you should pay attention to the hot temperature when going to the concentration camp, and bring sunscreen products, especially since the concentration camp 2 is open-air and it is easy to get heatstroke. It is recommended to go to the concentration camp in the morning in the summer and go to the salt mine in the afternoon, which is less likely to cause heatstroke
Totally worth it, but the full-day itinerary requires stamina and a lot of walking. Although it's tiring, it's definitely worth it. From 7:30 AM to 8:30 PM.

The itinerary order was completely wrong. It clearly stated to go to the concentration camp first and then the salt mine, but it was completely reversed. We arrived at the concentration camp at 3 PM, and it was already dark when we got to the railway gate. What were we supposed to see then?! Also, there was no time to eat during the tour. The scheduled itinerary had an hour, but it didn't happen at all! The salt mine tour was also terrible. The tour guide was in a bad mood and seemed to be just reading a script. Their speech was unclear ==. It said it included pick-up and drop-off, but it was only the pick-up. On the return trip, everyone in the car looked at each other, realizing we had to walk home ourselves! The fee is so expensive, but the quality is so poor; it's definitely worth writing an angry post about!!!
