Fantastic 5.0
It is a wonderful way to take the bus from Sapa back to Hanoi. The sleeper bus can let you lay down which is more comfortable for than sitting for a 7 hour journey. You may take a nap or play your phone with electricity charger. Time flies.

Fantastic 5.0
I had an excellent experience traveling from Hanoi to Sapa with G8 Open Tour. The cabin sleeper bus was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making the long journey much more relaxing than expected. The seats were spacious, and the sleeping cabins provided enough privacy to rest during the trip. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the journey. Boarding was well organized, and the bus departed and arrived on schedule, which made planning the rest of my trip very convenient. The driver handled the mountain roads safely and smoothly, giving passengers confidence throughout the ride. I was also impressed with the overall value for money. The service, comfort, and convenience exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend G8 Open Tour to anyone traveling between Hanoi and Sapa. It is a reliable and comfortable option, and I would happily choose this service again on my next visit to Vietnam. Highly recommended!

Fantastic 5.0
Is one good experience. overall the cabin is clear and quiet but not for those who have motion sickness and the road from Sapa to Hanoi is kind of bumpy and rocky thus not for those have weak heart. during the journey they had stop at least twice to pick passengers. price:ok, acceptable they have arranged picked up if your hotel is within 3km from the bus terminal

I did this tour 2 days in a row. Very worthy if you're traveling by yourself. Also guide Joon is so nice and cool. I loved everything about the pub crawling.

Fantastic 5.0
Such a nice and comfortable cabin bus! They provided free wipes and bottled water**, which was a nice little touch, especially for a long ride. The bus also left on time according to their scheduled departure, so we didn’t have to wait too long. The seats were spacious and comfortable enough that we were able to **sleep peacefully throughout the journey Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable ride, and definitely a good option if you’re traveling between cities in Vietnam.

a different experience. we are at the end of the train so we were like in hurricane like that. I couldn't sleep as I feel uncomfortable in breathing. so I change my head position near the door and from there I can breathe. clean cabin and wash area. it was nice to experience it

Fantastic 5.0
I had reserved a shuttle bus, but since the pickup location and time weren't specified, I was getting anxious. On the day of, I received a message via KakaoTalk with my hotel and pickup time. The pickup time was given as 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM, and they arrived to pick us up around 6:30 PM. However, it wasn't just us; the 15-seater van was completely full. Our hotel was the last stop, and even though there were three of us in my family, I ended up sitting separately. The ride to Lao Cai Station took a little less than an hour; you just keep descending from the mountains until you arrive. Once you reach Lao Cai Station, you'll have about 1 hour and 20 minutes of free time, which is perfect for grabbing a meal outside. When you exit Lao Cai Station, turn left and go to Bao Bao Quan; it's delicious. For the train, we booked a 4-person cabin, and the remaining spot was occupied by a mother and her baby. Regarding the voucher, once you arrive at the station, you'll immediately see the Chapa Express Lounge on the first floor. Show them your voucher and passport, and they'll email you a ticket with your cabin number. You can then use that to find your cabin. The journey to Hanoi took 8 hours, and the train was quite bumpy, so I didn't get much sleep. Anyway, it was a good experience.
