We booked as early as 4:30am and the driver was already at lobby of our hotel 30 mins before. We booked Limousine, very clean and wow we felt like we are rich people. generally the experience was positive. driver was nice and helpful as was customer service. just take note that the 2d 1n is not free and easy and pick up is from hotel to port and vice versa.
