Great experience! Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the vehicle was high quality and very comfortable. They even provided free water, which was a nice touch. The driver was fantastic and really took good care of us. Highly recommend!

Choosing a private car for our trip this time was incredibly convenient. We didn't have to deal with crowded transfers, and we could relax as soon as we got in the car. The driver was friendly and knew the roads well, making the entire journey easy and enjoyable. I'd definitely book again next time!

It's scheduled 11:30am, when i called at 11am,the person who answered sounded like he just woke up. He doesn't even know my booking existed. I know for a fact that I booked last minute the night before, but they confirmed it so I'm expecting to be picked up at 11:30. When 11:30am came, they told us we will be fetched 12noon. They arrived 12:15pm with a bus fullnof passengers and barely no space for us 2. The seat I got was so dirty and full of trash. Very disappointing. I'm thankful that they still accommodate our booking but I was expecting better communication and on time schedule. We arrived 3hrs later in Hanoi.

seat priority unfair, the staff asked foreigner to sit at the rear seat, even though the foreigner arrived in the van first.

Although the vehicle was clean and the seats were comfortable, it was unfortunately over 20 minutes late without notification. The driver sped the entire way and changed lanes erratically, which significantly detracted from this experience.

You really should avoid this. Even though delays were obvious and I contacted them, they kept saying they'd arrive soon, and I ended up waiting an hour and a half. I was saved by the kindness of Klook's support, otherwise, I would have been stranded.

The flight was delayed by an hour and a half, and there wasn't even an apology. It was truly terrible.
