Full Day Or Half Day Ha Noi Car Rental With Driver

If you have a long layover in Hanoi, you should not definitely miss this!! I was picked up and dropped off by the driver, Toi and he was very considerate and understanding. Kudos and thank you for this.

Our driver - Duc is very patient, respectful and good navigator. We were able to go to places based on our list. We went to Incense village which has additional charge. Entry tickets are not included for this tour. We also requested to drop off at Mega World, and he agreed as well.

Hải Hoa was our driver, and he truly was the best! He made sure we completed the list of places we wanted to visit. He was very flexible—willing to go around the block again just to pick us up exactly where we were. He was patient, easy to talk to, and offered helpful tips on what to do, what sights to see, and the best spots for taking pictures. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we felt very safe with him as our driver! 🤍

5 stars. Even though the driver doesn’t speak English, he was truly exceptional. We didn’t have a fixed itinerary, yet he brought us to beautiful places and great attractions. He made a real effort to explain everything using a translator, which we truly appreciated. His kindness, patience, and dedication made the experience memorable. Highly recommended—100% worth it!

Our driver, Tung, was very kind and knew the streets of Hanoi very well, so we were able to efficiently tour various parts of the city♫ When I consulted him about exchanging money, he took me to the exchange office with the best rate. When I told him the tourist spots I wanted to visit, he considered the order of visits so that we could go around without wasting time. When I said I wanted to go to Train Street, he immediately told me the time the train would arrive, which was a great help (*´・ω-)b. We had fun chatting with each other along the way using translation apps, talking about things like current events and the history of Hanoi☆彡Thank you so much, Tung♡♡♡

The driver arrived on time and even though he’s not fluent in speaking English, he can read our messages accurately making if convenient for us especially when we wanted to cut the tour a bit short due to strong rain.

The driver was nice. We just had a misunderstanding since I wasn't informed by the operator that mega grand world would be outside Hanoi and wasn't advised in advance about the extra costs. I still paid the driver extra even if it wasn't mentioned but it would've been nice if I was told about it first.

Thank you so much Klook and the driver! He was so kind and accommodating. Even though he was just a driver, he still provided useful information throughout our trip. He made sure we reached each destination safely and on time, was attentive to our needs, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the trip.

Our tour guide/ driver Duc is quite prompt and flexible to tailor our Hanoi City Tour trip. He message the day before of what places of interest we want to go. We first visit Vietnam Museum of Ethnology, a quite interesting museum that showcase the ethnics group of Vietnam. Then we go to West Lake, HCM museum and Mausoleum, Single Pillar Pagoda then Imperial Citadel of Thang Long, and Tran Quoc Pagoda. He brought us to souvenir shop and to Bun Cha restaurant. We had great tour in Hanoi and Duc made the trip smooth. He speaks decent English and was friendly when he knows were from 🇵🇭. Definitely recommend for those who wants a convenient way to explore Hanoi.

Mister Ford is very prompt and sensitive to the needs of his people. He is a quiet type but responded to our requests well. We almost missed our flight (because we under estimate the travel time) but Mr. Ford made sure that we will make it on time to the airport. Despite the language barrier, he’s able to take good care of us. Thank you! Really had fun during our Hanoi City Tour!
