Transportul în Hanoi

The most luxury bus I'd ever had. Extremely clean, new, comfort & spacious seat with massage and reclining function, free wifi, USB charging, a bottle of water & wet tissue. Also well organized bus company with experience drivers and staffs. Pick up & drop off service by van from and to hotels were punctual and well communicated via whatsapp. There were 2 stops for food and toilet breaks. Highly recommended👍👍👍

I had an excellent experience traveling from Hanoi to Sapa with G8 Open Tour. The cabin sleeper bus was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making the long journey much more relaxing than expected. The seats were spacious, and the sleeping cabins provided enough privacy to rest during the trip. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the journey. Boarding was well organized, and the bus departed and arrived on schedule, which made planning the rest of my trip very convenient. The driver handled the mountain roads safely and smoothly, giving passengers confidence throughout the ride. I was also impressed with the overall value for money. The service, comfort, and convenience exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend G8 Open Tour to anyone traveling between Hanoi and Sapa. It is a reliable and comfortable option, and I would happily choose this service again on my next visit to Vietnam. Highly recommended!

This time, things didn't go very smoothly. We booked a bus for 10:30 PM, but the airport shuttle time was not confirmed with us in advance. We assumed we just needed to be picked up at the agreed location at 10:30 PM. At 9:40 PM, we received a call asking us to wait at the designated spot in 15-20 minutes. We had just ordered our meal, so we rushed to finish dinner. Upon arriving at the meeting point, there was no name card for me, and no one was waiting. After contacting them, we were worried we'd miss the bus. They told us they would arrive in another 15 minutes. After arriving at the shuttle point and checking in, we were informed our bus was at 10:50 PM. So, why did we rush to the shuttle point earlier? We suggest that before boarding, you could inform us when the bus might make a brief stop (even if everyone is sleeping and doesn't get off). Also, it would be helpful to give us an estimated arrival time. We only knew we had arrived when the bus stopped and the staff pulled back our curtains (which was more startling than helpful).

There’s something so special about meeting strangers and feeling like old friends by the end of the night. This pub crawl was the perfect blend of great music, hidden gem spots, and amazing vibes. I loved the spontaneous conversations and the effort the hosts put into making sure everyone felt included. 10/10 experience!

Serviciu de transfer foarte convenabil, șoferul ne-a preluat de la hotelul desemnat și ne-a lăsat la hotelul desemnat din Golful Ha Long. Cu scaune individuale și servicii premium, întreaga călătorie a fost foarte confortabilă, durând aproximativ 2,5 ore. Ne-a scutit de multe bătăi de cap inutile, recomand cu drag.

The sleeper train was wonderful. Although the lounge at Hanoi Station was full 40 minutes before departure, and we couldn't even get in, we were quickly escorted to our carriage, so it wasn't an issue. We booked with Chapa, but it seemed to be fully booked, as we ended up in a Tonkin Heritage carriage. The interior was clean and beautiful, and the staff were very polite and attentive. Our private cabin was equipped with bottled water, snacks, toothbrushes, combs, and earplugs, and they also brought us beer and soda. There's a water dispenser in the hallway, but no cups are provided, so it might be a good idea to bring a mug or similar if you want to drink something warm. The train was on time, but after arriving in Sapa, we had to wait nearly an hour in the shuttle bus before it departed. (It seemed they were trying to fill the bus by asking travelers who hadn't arranged transportation yet if they wanted to join. I heard this from someone who was approached and got on the bus.) Therefore, my breakdown of the experience is 7 stars for the train and 3 stars for the bus.

Nu am reușit să experimentăm celebra stradă a trenurilor din Hanoi, dar am avut ocazia să călătorim cu trenul care trece prin ea – și, sincer, a fost o experiență în sine. Am fost norocoși să avem cabina doar pentru noi, ceea ce ne-a făcut să ne simțim ca niște VIP-uri pe tot parcursul călătoriei. Înainte de îmbarcare, am avut acces și la Sapa Lounge, unde ne-am putut împrospăta cu un duș. Călătoria de la Sapa la Hanoi a fost liniștită, confortabilă și relaxantă. Deși trenul durează mai mult decât un autocar de dormit sau o limuzină, este o opțiune excelentă dacă aveți timp suplimentar și prioritizați o odihnă mai bună, confortul și siguranța. În general, recomand cu căldură să luați trenul, mai ales dacă doriți o experiență de călătorie mai relaxantă și mai plăcută.

nice experience! but next time i will try limousine car ehhehe. staff are nice.. no traffic from Sapa to Hanoi Airport… but the wifi in the bus didn’t function.. i don’t know why.. luckily we have our pocket wifi… most of the time we slept in the bus…next time i will ask the driver why there is no wifi.. thank you sleeper BUS!!! best!

The driver picked us early in the morning, and explain clearly about the facilites in the car. The car was very well maintained, with good wifi. Mr Kien the driver drove really well for a long journey from hanoi to sapa. Very recommended.
