The price is great, there’s a free transfer in both Hanoi and Cat Ba. Definitely try the cable car going 215m above the sea. I don’t really recommend the speedboat tho, you have to stay inside with no AC and there’s no nice view from there

굉장히 효율적이고 빠릅니다. 매우 추천해요! 하노이 구시가지 사무실에서 관광버스를 타고 2시간 정도 갑니다. 중간에 휴게실에 들리는데 화장실이 깨끗해요. 다만 휴지는 없으니까 따로 챙겨야 함. 고속도로애서 오래 걸려서, 케이블카는 못 타고 스피드보트를 타고 갔어요. 버스에서 내리자마자 대기시간 전혀 없이 바로 보트를 타고 5분 정도 갑니다. 깟바섬에 내려서 지체없이 바로 버스를 타고 각 숙소로 갑니다. 중간중간 기다리는 시간이 전혀 없어서 상당히 괜찮았어요.

Great service. The guide speaks english well and provided all necessary information about the transfers. The cable car ride was amazing, highly recommend taking it over ferry.

Unlike limousine buses I think there’s a low chance of cancelling your trip because of low number of travellers - there was just 8 of us on our way back to Hanoi.

the tour guide messaged us last minute that we wouldn’t be riding the bus and cable car, but instead a limousine and a boat. perhaps this was because it’s only about a 30-minute ride from cat ba town to the cable car station. we were picked up at 12:00 pm, so we would’ve arrived around 12:30, but the cable car’s morning trips end at 11:45 am and resume at 1:30 pm that day. it really depends on the cable car schedule, so if you particularly want to experience it, it’s best to check the schedule beforehand. however, the limo ride was actually very good. the limo looked and felt luxurious, and we had a very comfortable trip. we also had a stop at a gift shop for a bathroom break (google maps says “ha long bay stopover”). they provided free bottled water and a tag during the stop. overall, we had a good sleep and a comfortable ride.

住在河内古城，提前一天邮件通知集合地点，有工作人员来接，很方便。随车导游非常友善，每人发一瓶水，会登记客人的名字，年龄和国籍。途中会有一个休息区，可以上个洗手间，喝点东西。车到码头，导游带客人步行上快艇二层，有洗手间，大巴直接开到快艇甲板。摆渡快艇大概30分钟靠岸，人车分别下船，在码头上车后开往吉婆镇，然后导游根据客人的酒店位置逐站送到。非常好的服务！

we had a great time on our ride to Cat Ba town (road and ferry). the bus was new, spacious and comfortable. The tour operator, Levi, gave us a hint history of Hanoi and Cat Ba which was more interesting. The driver was driving smoothly and very calm. Overall our experience was excellent definitely we will book again

整體感受非常舒適。我是在當日早上先傳訊息詢問 Cat Ba Express 幾點要在旅館準備接送，對方很快就回覆我了，在巴士快到旅館前，隨車的工作人員也有用 whatsapp 傳訊息給我，聯絡上很順利。推薦搭乘 cable car 可以看 Cat Ba 的風景。很讚 👍 車子舒適，也提供一瓶小水。
