This day trip was absolutely perfect, and a special thank you to our guide, Xiao Sun! 1. Humorous and Funny, Excellent Atmosphere: Our guide, Xiao Sun, was very talkative and humorous. The whole trip was full of laughter, and we didn't feel bored at all during the driving time, which made everyone's travel mood super relaxed. 2. Enthusiastic and Proactive, Photography Master: Xiao Sun is very professional and enthusiastic, always proactively helping us find the best angles for photos. This is so considerate for family trips like ours, and the results are fantastic! 3. In-depth Tour, Full of Gains: Xiao Sun is very knowledgeable about the local culture and historical features. He told us many stories about Japan and the local area, allowing us to not only see the scenery but also gain a deeper understanding of the local customs and culture. This was the coldest day after New Year, and we were stuck in bad traffic because of the snow accumulated on the road to Takachiho gorge. But kudos to our guide Nicole Yang who last minute had to look for toilets for us along the way, helped us to secure queue number for the boat ride. Although we lost a lot of time to the bad traffic, we still managed to have a good time at Takachiho Gorge even though we couldn’t go to the railway and the Amanoyasukawara shrine. Nicole even gave us each a cookie to enjoy on the way back.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Klook day tour to Takachiho Gorge & Mt. Aso. Despite the crowded 8:00 AM meeting point, clear instructions helped us find our excellent guide, Sun Nan, who shared great local insights. Takachiho Gorge was stunning, enhanced by the remaining autumn leaves, and the 30-minute self-rowing boat ride was a fun highlight. While the included beef lunch was standard, we were lucky to have access to the impressive Mt. Aso volcano crater for photos. Kusasenri was mainly a relaxing stop for souvenirs and trying the excellent ice cream, as the grassland was off-season. Note: Due to the distance from Hakata station, the journey is long, resulting in a late return around 6:45 PM. Highly recommend this tour for its amazing natural sights, but be prepared for a full day of travel.

This trip was truly unforgettable. The guide Chen was incredibly kind and attentive, and the driver was polite and drove safely. I loved every place we visited, and I’m so grateful for the beautiful memories I made here. I’ll definitely come back again and next time I’ll bring my friends too! 本当に素敵な時間をありがとうございました✨😊💕

The guide was on time and easy to talk to. We encountered an unforeseen closure or unavailability of an activity in my itinerary, he was helpful to suggest an alternative nearby. And was patient to wait for us to be done at each place.

We managed to go to Mount Aso, Kusasenri, Takachiho Gorge, and Amanoiwato Shrine, and it was amazing! We initially planned to ride the Ametetsu Railway, but it was fully booked when we arrived. Thankfully, our driver quickly suggested an alternative and brought us to Amanoiwato Shrine, which ended up being a beautiful. Our driver was a Chinese woman who has lived in Japan for many years, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was punctual, kind, and very knowledgeable about the local area. The comfort of having our own spacious vehicle allowed us to truly relax and fully enjoy every destination without feeling rushed. She made excellent use of the hours we had, planned the route efficiently, and ensured we arrived back at our hotel just before 5pm. Overall, despite our original plan not working out, this tour exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a smooth, comfortable, and memorable day trip🌿✨

We chose the Mount Aso/ Kurokawa onsen tour and were not disappointed. Lina was an excellent guide, highlighting the sights of the areas we visited. Mt Aso was unique and beautiful (with great food and shopping options at Kusanaeri). The shrine was tranquil and Kurokawa was a highlight in our trip. Lina also was very proactive in making sure that everyone was able to see and do what they wanted. When visiting Kurokawa, there were concerns whether the onsens would accommodate a party as big as ours but Lina made it happen. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone considering it.

We had greet time in Kagoshima. Private car that we’ve booked was really proffesional and full with responsibility. Mr. Nagayoshi was kind and very helpful. we’re enjoy kagoshima even though it’s only few hours.
