The room is very spacious, with enough space to open two large suitcases! The bathroom is also very big and even has a bathtub. The location is very convenient, and there's a Lawson downstairs. Overall, it's fantastic!

When I booked the room, I might not have noticed that I had reserved a smoking room. The hotel staff immediately informed me and asked if I wanted to switch to a non-smoking room. However, all the non-smoking rooms were fully booked that day. Initially, they said I would have to pay extra for an upgrade, but for some reason, after speaking with their supervisor, they upgraded me for free. That was incredibly generous of them!

Today's tour guide was Kong, and we were very satisfied with the itinerary. Guide Kong shared a lot of knowledge and cultural stories about Kumamoto, carefully introducing local specialties, recommended foods, and souvenirs at every destination, which saved us a lot of time searching on our own. During the tour, he also pointed out the best photo spots. The overall itinerary was arranged very reasonably—not too rushed, yet with plenty of time for photos—and he specifically warned us about tourist traps and unnecessary expenses. A special thanks to our driver, Mr. Ueda, for the smooth driving. He even intentionally slowed down when passing scenic views so we could take pictures, spoke with an extremely gentle voice, and kept the vehicle clean and comfortable. Highly recommend choosing this tour when visiting Kyushu!

The tour guide Mr. Cho is an amazing person. He is so happy-go-lucky and always ready to help everyone. He waits for you if everybody is rushing and you are left behind. He takes care of the group very well, and we had an amazing day. The tour is organized very well, and all the points are worth visiting.

The overall experience of this trip was fantastic! Tour guide Fan is extremely fluent in Chinese, Japanese, and English, so communication was a breeze. Furthermore, he is very kind and attentively cared for every traveler along the way. The itinerary was well-organized, the introductions to each attraction were very detailed, and departure times were always announced in advance, allowing everyone to follow the schedule with peace of mind. The driver was also very dedicated, making the entire bus ride comfortable. All the sights this time were beautiful, and I especially loved Takachiho Gorge. The natural scenery, shrines, and outdoor activities along the way were truly relaxing, and the lunch was delicious as well. The overall pace did not feel rushed at all, making it a very comfortable journey. If you join this kind of outdoor tour, since there are quite a few sections that require walking, I recommend wearing a good pair of comfortable walking shoes to make it much easier! I highly recommend this experience to anyone who loves natural scenery and shrines.

I think this one-day tour was fantastic. Not only was the buy-one-get-one-free deal incredibly good value, but they also gave us souvenirs at the end. What I really appreciated most was not having to worry about transportation. Our tour guide was also very professional, and his English was excellent. We had foreign tourists in our group, and the guide could switch from Chinese to English instantly. His English was very pleasant to listen to. The only downside was that the flowing noodle area was closed due to an earthquake or something similar, so we didn't get to try the flowing noodles, which was a bit of a shame. Also, some group members went boating and were late, but the guide waited for them.

I did the tour to see Takachiho Gorge and Aso Kusasenri, and I had a fantastic time. The tour was incredibly well-organized. Our guide, Sun, was knowledgeable and professional; he gave us great context about the area and guided us exceptionally well throughout the day. The gorge was beautiful, and the boat experience was so much fun. I also added the lunch package at the last minute and was really glad I did, because the food was delicious. We even got to see horses at Kusasenri, which was very cool. Overall, I highly recommend this tour!

A perfect nature tour of Kyushu, thanks to our guide, Nanami! I just finished my trip to Kumamoto and Miyazaki and couldn't wait to write this glowing review. In Aso, we witnessed one of the world's largest active volcanoes, an unforgettable experience of the Earth's pulse. We strolled across the vast grasslands of Kusasenri, feeling a unique sense of openness and tranquility. The boat ride through Takachiho Gorge was the highlight of the entire trip, making us feel as if we had stepped into a mythical world. The 'soul' of all these wonderful experiences was undoubtedly our guide, Nanami. She is incredibly professional and passionate: 1. Knowledgeable: She knows Kyushu's history, culture, geological formations, and local specialties like the back of her hand. Her explanations were vivid and engaging, allowing us not just to see the scenery but to understand the stories behind it. 2. Bilingual Communication: Our group had many international friends, and she served everyone throughout the trip with fluent Chinese and English, ensuring seamless communication and taking care of every member. It was very thoughtful. 3. Warm and Attentive: She always had a radiant smile, carefully looked after the elderly and children in the group, and helped everyone solve various problems, just like a reliable older sister. Thanks to Nanami, this journey was filled with warmth and cherished memories. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Kyushu! I hope to meet her again on my next trip.
