• [Notice for Elderly and Pregnant Tourists] If the registrant is over 70 years old or pregnant, to ensure your safety and rights, a waiver must be signed. Please make a note in the "Special Requirements" field when placing your order. We will send the agreement document via email after receiving the order. Please sign and send back a photo in advance to complete the registration process.
• [Luggage Policy] Each tourist can carry 1 piece of luggage free of charge (carry-on size recommended). Please specify this in the "Special Requirements" field when booking. If luggage is carried temporarily without notifying one day in advance, it may cause overcrowding in the vehicle and affect safety. The guide has the right to refuse boarding, and the fee will not be refunded.
• [Notice for Infants Traveling] If there are infants under 3 years old who do not occupy a seat among the traveling companions, please be sure to make a note when booking. Even if they do not occupy a seat, they must be included in the vehicle's approved passenger count. If not informed in advance, the guide has the right to refuse boarding.
• [Notification Time and Method] We will send an email between 20:00 and 21:00 on the day before departure, informing you of the guide and vehicle information. The email may be mistakenly identified as spam, so please check carefully. In case of peak season or special circumstances, the email sending time may be delayed, with the last email being final.
• [Meeting and Late Arrival Instructions] This activity is a shared car trip. Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point on time. Late arrivals will not be waited for or refunded. You will be responsible for any resulting liabilities and costs. Thank you for your understanding.
• [Vehicle Type and Language Instructions] We will arrange the vehicle type according to the number of people on the day and cannot specify the vehicle type. You may share the vehicle with guests who speak other languages during the trip. Please be aware.
• [Seasonal Activity Instructions] Seasonal activities such as cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, special flower seasons, snowscapes, lantern festivals, and festive events are susceptible to weather or other force majeure factors. If no official cancellation notice is received, the trip will proceed as scheduled. If the flowering period or scenery is not as expected, no refunds will be given. Please be aware.
• [Departure Time May Be Adjusted] During peak tourist season or in special circumstances, the departure time of the trip may be advanced or delayed. The specific time will be based on the email notification from the previous day. Please prepare in advance.
• [Seating Arrangement Instructions] Shared car trips generally adopt a first-come, first-served seating arrangement. If you have special requirements, please make a note when booking. We will do our best to coordinate, but the final arrangement will be subject to the guide's on-site dispatch.
• [Itinerary Adjustment Instructions] Due to Japan's strict control over the operating hours of commercial vehicles, the attractions, transportation, and stopover times included in the itinerary will be flexibly arranged according to the actual situation on the day. In case of traffic jams, weather changes, or other special circumstances, the guide will reasonably adjust the order or reduce some attractions (time). Please cooperate.
• [No Mid-Trip Departure Instructions] The itinerary is a group tour activity, and you cannot leave the group midway or leave without authorization. If you choose to leave the group midway, the remaining itinerary will be considered voluntarily abandoned, and no refund will be given. You will be responsible for any risks or liabilities arising after leaving the group.
• [End Time for Reference Only] The return time frame is the estimated arrival time. Due to the long travel time of the itinerary, the return arrival time may be affected by traffic or weather. It is recommended that you avoid arranging other activities on the day the trip ends. Our company will not be liable for any losses incurred due to delays.
