totally enjoyed the trip! 阿湯哥is a very enthusiastic, informative and very patient tour guide. once we board the van, he will start giving us information and history of Sun Moon Lake. the 2hrs+ journey to the destination seems shorter with his lively conversation. there were 3 other groups (a family and 2 singles), we all get to know each other well with thanks to 阿湯哥. he spontaneously helped all of us to take pictures, showing us where are the scenic places for photo taking. he even treated all of us with ah Ma tea egg which is truly delicious! my gals and I truly enjoyed the tour with 阿湯哥‘s guide. he deserved a 200% rating!

We were very happy to have Dunken as our guide for the day tour to sun moon lake and Qing jing farm, wish we would give more stars for the tour guide. He was very jovial, fun and polite. He also help us and our fellow travellers to take wonderful photographs. We had a wonderful time and everything was well planned and according to schedule. Will highly recommend this tour especially with Dunken as your guide.

I thought the tour was great! Many different stops along the way. There were times it was a bit confusing where our next location would be and how much money was required for the extra activities. I knew there would be extra charges, but it seemed high and other tours have been a bit more transparent about what costs would be. We needed 350 extra for the bikes, and 300 extra for the boat tour, which wasn't clear until right when we paid. The Gaomei wetlands were beautiful, it would have been nice to stay just a bit longer to finish the sunset but that's kind of hour tours go. Overall, it had lots of stops and was very convenient, but communication about the charges in advance would have been better! The timing of the tour was great and the locations were so beautiful, the most fun part probably being the bike ride. Would definitely go again!

We really enjoyed the trip. The driver, Mr. Black is also kind and funny. We felt a father figure all day because of his kindness. He also drives very careful. He also suggested a lot of good places and experience during the trip.

this was a great experience for us. we were informed a day before about the pickup arrangement. bus came on time. the weather was good so we had a great time watching the stars before proceeding to the Hehuanshan for the sunrise viewing. since snow fell during the previous days. snow and ice were still along the side of the road adding to the experience. mountain slopes still had snow. Temperature was freezing, you need to clothe properly. The experience was great because the weather was good. If the weather were rainy or foggy, there will be nothing to see.

super duper must have trip. amazing view. pleadant journey. we are just sit down and relax, no hustle at all. the tour guide (Duncan) very entertaining, very great hospitality.. this definitely a must have trip whenever visiting Sun Moon Lake / Taichung

It's our third time in Taiwan but this is the first time that we went to Sun Moon Lake. We are so happy with this tour. Some people are saying that Sun Moon Lake is an over rated tourist attraction, but for us (coming from the Philippines), we truly enjoyed the place and experience. we definitely recommend this tour. Special shout out to our guide Eric "the Superman" who gave his all in making sure that all of us are safe and enjoy the trip.

I really enjoyed the tour to Qingjing Farm and Hehuanshan. The views were amazing, and our guide was extremely helpful and friendly. Thanks to them, the whole trip was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Sun moon lake is simply heavenly. Definitely a must visit place when touring Taiwan. Mr Tsai, our guide took us to the tour in his car, which was very clean and comfortable and he got us all the tickets to various rides, so we didnot had to waste the time. I went on this trip with my mother and both of had an amazing experience.
