I visited with anticipation and was surprised to see such a wonderfully stunning sight. I was surprised that I had to stand in line to buy tickets at the ticket booth kiosk, but with Klook, I was able to scan the QR code on the voucher and enter immediately, which saved time and was appealing as it allowed me to use it like a fast pass.

It's a bit of a walk from Kagoshima-Chuo Station. There's a bus, so you might want to use that. There are various fish exhibits, but the main attraction is definitely the dolphin show. They put on a dolphin show with Kagoshima themes, which was unique and enjoyable.

The staff at the ticket booth quickly guided us to pick up our tickets and explained the areas of the park we could access, as well as the locations for picking up the soju and mochi. The park is quite large, but the route is simple. Once inside, we first took a stroll and ate mochi, and then picked up the soju when we were about to leave. The mochi was pre-grilled and super delicious. There was a decent selection of soju to choose from, two rows worth. If you don't know what to pick, you can ask the staff, and they will kindly recommend something. The Akashihouse, where you pick up the soju, sells incredibly delicious treats!! Not too sweet!! I bought some on a whim and ended up loving it!! Unexpected surprises were the mochi, the Karukan manju (light sponge cake bun), and the very unique cat shrine. I recommend going in for a walk and a look around! 👍

Our guide, Aya was a lovely lady who was very knowledgeable and took us to amazing places. We loved the visit to the pottery shop. You were not rushed and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend.

The lunch was incredibly delicious, and I appreciated the staff's exceptional kindness. The view during the hot spring experience was simply amazing, especially with the good weather. However, upon entering the lobby, it was difficult to find the "Suiran" restaurant without help from the front desk. I am grateful that a staff member personally escorted me along the long route to the hot spring spa after lunch. But then, at the hot spring spa, my name wasn't listed through Klook, and I had to wait for almost 10 minutes without any assistance. I believe this could be a great product with improved tour descriptions and guidance, as well as better coordination with the hotel.

We had greet time in Kagoshima. Private car that we’ve booked was really proffesional and full with responsibility. Mr. Nagayoshi was kind and very helpful. we’re enjoy kagoshima even though it’s only few hours.

It's now very convenient to pre-order JR PASS on KLOOK. XD Then, after receiving the electronic voucher, you can immediately go to the JR official website to reserve seats on sightseeing trains or the Shinkansen, which is very convenient!! We booked the Northern Kyushu 3-day pass because the trains to Yufuin are very popular. If you get the JR PASS number early, you can reserve seats a month in advance!! The physical ticket can be collected at the Kyushu station windows upon arrival. In addition to the Yufuin no Mori train requiring advance seat reservations, I was able to reserve Shinkansen seats at the machine the day before visiting Kumamoto Castle and Kokura! Very convenient!! Highly recommended to purchase JRPASS

Easy booking through Klook. Super easy redemption at the airport. Seat reservation: No problem at the machine. But not always necessary, sometimes we just rode in the unreserved car. Staff always very friendly. We used it in Kyoto, Osaka, Nara and Hiroshima. Everything worked out great.

The 2-day Kyushu SunQ Pass is a great value, allowing you to ride buses throughout northern Kyushu. Activate it by entering your email address; you'll receive a password via email. Use this password to unlock the code, which starts the activation. You can then use it to reserve buses to other cities.
