- Please take the free shuttle bus to Shiroyama Hotel from Kagoshima Chuo Station or Tenmonkan.

- Guests with tattoos are welcome to use the onsen. Please request a tattoo cover-up seal at the entrance before entering.
- A private onsen is available for an additional fee for those who prefer more privacy. Please note that this bath does not offer scenic views. Contact us for more details or reservations.

The lunch was incredibly delicious, and I appreciated the staff's exceptional kindness. The view during the hot spring experience was simply amazing, especially with the good weather. However, upon entering the lobby, it was difficult to find the "Suiran" restaurant without help from the front desk. I am grateful that a staff member personally escorted me along the long route to the hot spring spa after lunch. But then, at the hot spring spa, my name wasn't listed through Klook, and I had to wait for almost 10 minutes without any assistance. I believe this could be a great product with improved tour descriptions and guidance, as well as better coordination with the hotel.

This product is the worst! I arrived at the hotel and showed my voucher, but they made me wait for over 30 minutes because my reservation couldn't be found.
