Overall was a very good experience where it started by choosing the hakama with the professional opinions from the staffs. the overall process is quite fluent and efficient. On top of that the outcome was good. The owner’s hospitality is definitely making people feel welcoming. Will recommend to others

Mr Kei is very polite and Kind. He is patient and we are very lucky to see Mt. Fuji-san in clear sky. We are only 3 adults and 2 kids in the Van. its like we had a private tour. The best decision I had. Hassle free since its pick up and drop off from and to your hotel.

i had a great time with our tour guide Belle. She was so nice and patient with us. she never urge us to hurry but all the participants were on time. I don't usually join group tours because I feel like I don't get enough time to enjoy the area. However, this tour is well- paced. You get to take fab photos and enjoy the place at the same time without always hurrying. I recommend this tour for a visit to Mt. Fuji.

We had a wonderful day tour with Mr Alex as our guide and driver. The pre-tour instructions were clear and pickup was right on time, which made the start of the day smooth and stress-free. Mr Alex was friendly, professional, and a very safe driver throughout the journey — plus, he’s easy on the eyes too! 😁 Our first stop was Arakura Fuji Sengen Shrine. The climb can be a little challenging at the beginning, but it’s absolutely manageable We were given about an hour to explore, which was sufficient if you pace yourself and come prepared. Next, we headed to Oshino Hakkai. It was a pleasant stop with lovely scenery. Our final stop was Gotemba Premium Outlets. While the 2-hour duration felt a bit short — especially after queuing for food — we only managed to cover part of the outlet. I’d recommend planning your shopping route in advance to make the most of the time. Overall, it was a well-organised and enjoyable tour, made even better by Mr Alex’s warm personality. 👍🏻

Jack was is a jack of all trades! He was an oustanding tour guide, helpful and very down to earth! The tour was amazing we didnt spend too little time at each spot and not too long too! It was just right! Would definitely recommend 10/10

Our guide Fred was very attentive and even helped us take pictures. The itinerary was followed and we were able to get to each location without any problems. Fred gave good suggestions for picture taking spots and other useful recommendations. Would highly recommend this experience.

I was really satisfied with this day trip! The weather was great the whole way, and you could see Mount Fuji clearly from almost every spot, which made me so happy. The tour guide, Will, gave detailed and lively explanations, so you weren't just taking pictures, but actually understanding the story behind each place. The itinerary was perfectly arranged, with a comfortable pace and a great experience. Before the tour ended, Will thoughtfully told us about the light show and 3D cat in Shinjuku. We went to see them and loved them, like a cute period at the end of a perfect day. He even gave us a small gift at the end, which really made me feel the care he put into it. I highly recommend Will's tour; he's professional, thoughtful, and warm. If I have the chance in the future, I will definitely join another tour he leads!

The view of Mount Fuji was just so ethereal! The time was not that really tight so we still could enjoy the view with a lot of satisfication. Seki was really nice and helpful in guiding us during the tour! 🧡

I usually research everything carefully before making a decision. The tour I had originally planned didn't fit my schedule, so I chose the large bus tour as an alternative, and it turned out to be a very satisfying trip. The course consisted of only three well-organized places: Sengeng Park, Oshino Hakkai, and the outlet, so I was able to look around more leisurely compared to other tours. In particular, the ride was stable on the large bus, making the travel time comfortable. I was really impressed and felt a sense of warmth at Mr. Kang Gil-man's passionate explanations in Chinese and Korean. Guide, you worked really hard today! Thanks to you, I had a comfortable and enjoyable Mount Fuji tour. Thank you.
