the bus terminal was a little confusing to find at first but just make sure to follow the signs and eventually you’ll get there . the driver was so nice ! he let me and my partner each have our own row because there was a small number of people on the bus which made the trip very comfortable . we also stopped at a rest stop for about 20 min and the driver will let you know when to return back . if you sit on the left side , you’ll see mt Fuji :)

Highly recommended getting this transpo when travelling from Kawaguchi to Tokyo. It has a bus stop on Oishi Park that you can get on to. Perfect for doing Oishi Park as your last destination in Kawaguchi area.

5 stars as it worked flawlessly. The bus was on time and the driver drove safely. The free option to get us to the lake directly was great, but be aware there's no easy taxi service over there to get back to town.

On time departure and thumbs up to the driver. The bus is pretty comfortable and no need to transfer as you will arrive in Kawaguchiko station already.

We chose to take the VIP Liner back to Tokyo on our return trip because we tried it when we came to Mount Fuji Kawaguchiko and we were very satisfied with the service. The boarding and alighting points were the same. We arrived at the terminal at 16:30 and the selected train was 17:00. There was only one train. The bus finally arrived at 17:10, which was 10 minutes later than the one I chose. It is unknown whether the three scheduled return flights, 16:50/17:00/17:10, will be included in the same bus, because there are only a dozen passengers! There are rest rooms and restrooms at the waiting station. All in all, it was a pleasant journey and I felt good!

if you are boarding from tokyo station, rmb there is alot route to go bus terminal, just keep look for ‘Bus Terminal Tokyõ Yaesu(Underground)’ signage and you will find the bus terminal.

The trip was smooth and there was 1 stopover. however it did not leave on time, it was scheduled at 5:15pm but left past 6pm.

The driver was polite, drove well, the car was clean, on time, comfortable, slept well, rested, and then continued traveling. Very comfortable to sit in. Recommended.

Station was easy to find and boards were well displayed with platform/gate and boarding information. Bus was on time and we arrived early :)
