Great experience, just need to head to the counter at the port and the staff will issue the ferry tickets accordingly. likewise when we reached Tokashiki Island, there was someone to pick us up. itinerary wise is quite relax as our snorkeling was at 12.30pm, so we had some time to spend at the beautiful beach since we reached around 10.15am. snorkeling experience was great too for a first timer like myself - all the equipment was provided and the instructors were experienced to show us where to look for turtles and fishes etc. was very lucky that the waters were clear and we could see many fishes too!

Had a fantastic family trip (with our 9-year-old) to the Kerama Islands today (18/9/25). Booking was seamless, even just two days out. The crew was perfectly prepared for our child with correctly sized gear. Safety is their top priority: they provided personal safety devices, had 5 instructors for small groups, and an instructor always had a buoy in the water for support. We felt completely safe. We saw tons of fish and got great photos. No turtles today, but it was still an amazing day thanks to the extremely kind staff. Onboard facilities like a shower and free water were a great plus. The staff was extremely kind and professional. We can't recommend this tour enough.

The three of us caught nearly 20 fish, and we couldn't even finish them all. The captain wasn't as fierce as some reviews suggested; it seemed more like a language barrier. He immediately helped replace broken lines and damaged equipment. At the end, he smiled, waved, and said goodbye. The only slight drawback was the nearby restaurant he recommended, where we waited an hour for our food, but processing fish is inherently time-consuming, so it's understandable.

Absolutely recommended and a great tour. We had a super experience and saw a lot of the underwater world with its animals. The organizer Seasir/Berry 7 handled everything professionally, i.e. punctual pickup in the morning at the hotel, modern and well-maintained wetsuits, good and clean boat, good briefing and safe handling on the boat and in the water, delicious lunch for everyone and drinks throughout the day. Everything was super organized. The team was very friendly and spoke ok/good English. Good spots were approached, where we saw a lot in the water and were shown things. The guide of each small group in the water took pictures with a GoPro all day long, if you wanted, and these were made available within 24 hours via a link. An all-around successful tour.

Compared to other snorkeling or diving experiences that are only about two to three hours, I was drawn to this one because of the variety of experience times and spots available, and I was really satisfied! For someone who doesn't get seasick and likes to ride things, riding the boat itself was great! I was grateful for the beautiful islands and scenery, and for being able to see such a wonderful place away from my tiring Tokyo life. Lounging on the boat, gazing at the sea, was so nice. Plus, I had plenty of fun even going alone. The instructors are all friendly and give explanations in English, Chinese, French...?? and Japanese! But it feels like English is the main language! There are many multinational crew members, so you can enjoy it safely, and compared to other experiences, the scale is large, so the boat is big, and there are changing rooms, restrooms, a place to store luggage, and shower facilities on the boat, which is really nice. Other places have run-down ports and really... terrible facilities... I can't say this place is spotless, but it's heaven compared to those... It may be my imagination, but since I went alone, a female crew member who seemed to be in a high position took care of me often, telling me that I could see turtles if I went there and to go check it out, so I saw turtles...!! I'm so grateful... They said they accept snorkeling up to age 66, so I want to bring my parents next year. I'll write in Japanese from here! Basically, there are many multinational customers! However, they respond kindly in Japanese, and there are many staff members, so it feels reliable! They watch over you properly, and the best thing is that there's a shower booth with hot water installed on the boat, so you can wash off the saltiness before going to the port and heading home. And, even though I participated alone, all the staff members were very attentive, and I was really happy! I recommend participating alone! I had a wonderful day. Also, I don't get seasick, so I enjoyed it a lot, but if you do get seasick, be sure to take medicine. The boat ride takes quite a while! This was the longest experience I could have on my Okinawa trip, so I was looking forward to it, and I was really satisfied! Thank you for providing such a wonderful tour. It was so wonderful that I want to go with my parents next time!

Yunu was amazing! she was such a hard worker and took so many videos of us which was a nice surprise! The boat was big and not overcrowded. The equipment used was very nice. Andcthe dive sites were fantastic! Thank you!

December isn't the most active time for whales, so seeing them isn't guaranteed every day. We were lucky to see them, but you'll mostly just see the whales fluke, spout, and fins. You can see them much more clearly at an aquarium. It's very cold, windy, and intermittently rainy at sea in winter, and you're out at sea for a long time, so be sure to wear enough clothing. Also, the waves are sometimes quite big, so be sure to take motion sickness medicine.

Gorilla Kart, thank you so much for an excellent fun filled tour! My son and I made a bucket list trip to Okinawa and this brought out our inner child. We had so much fun and Ichii you made us feel safe and took so many great memorable photos! The company provides a costume (if you wish to wear) and lockers for storage. They also euip each kart with a small pouches to hold passports, driving licenses, and phones. The kart functions and driving instructions are clear and easy to follow, along with the hand signals while on the road! We chose the Airport /Beach route and I am glad we did! We arrived in Okinawa late night, so to have a pit stop along our Kart route at the beach and see planes landing and taking off was beautiful! Thank you again for such a memorable and fun filled tour Ichii!!

Choosing the one-hour "Airport + Kokusai Street" route this time was really fun! Instructor banana Chari 🍌 is super hyped, super enthusiastic, and super friendly～ No problem communicating in English, and Chinese is also good. There's even a Chinese video explanation, which made us feel very safe. He was good at creating a lively atmosphere and was very attentive throughout the whole trip, taking tons of photos for us, and even had photos printed for us, and AirDropped all the photos to us directly. The service was truly top-notch!
