2026 Okinawa Ryukyu Kaien Festival: Round-trip shuttle + ticket + Chinese-speaking guide (picnic mat included)

The fireworks were beautiful and magnificent. However, there was an issue with the meeting point. It was changed, and we were only notified by email two hours beforehand, so we didn't check our mail. We had to drive ourselves, and parking was difficult to find and quite a walk away. Fortunately, we were able to communicate with the guide, which allowed us to still access the VIP zone and receive mats for watching the fireworks. The staff were good and tried their best to help, even though their English wasn't strong, they were very service-minded.

The check-in process felt a bit outdated; with so many people at a large event, we had to search through paper documents. The gathering area was also quite disorganized and chaotic. The picnic mat provided was rather small, thin, and easily torn. Since the beach was uneven and uncomfortable to sit on, it would be best to bring your own if possible.

Klook's location information was incorrect. I booked for Shintoshin Station, but it should have been Kenchō-mae Station. Because I was worried about missing the bus, I ran frantically with two children. Going to the wrong station meant we only just made the last bus. We missed a lot of time and the opportunity to enjoy the stalls around the Ocean Fireworks Festival and the beach. Also, the itinerary was supposed to include a picnic mat, but the driver forgot to bring it. I think Klook should make adjustments to prevent others from having a similar bad experience, as I'm not the only one who went to the wrong place due to Klook's incorrect location information.
