Atami

The art museum itself is located on high ground, facing the coastline, with open views, especially beautiful on a clear day. There are also art exhibits to view inside. Moreover, there is point-to-point bus service from Atami Station, making transportation convenient. If you come to Atami, you can stop by. Recommended.

This is a less chosen destination, but Izu Peninsula is a really worthwhile visit. I could imagine Mt. Omuro will be more beautiful in spring and summer when its grass is green! Our guide Olivia made things extra special with her kindness, helpfulness, and extraordinary language skills. Til next time!

Throughout the trip, she provided detailed explanations of the unique features of each attraction, which helped us better understand them. She managed the time very well, ensuring that we were neither rushed nor short on time to appreciate each attraction, and that we didn't miss any important sights, making the entire travel experience very pleasant and fulfilling.

Our tour guide, Sakura, is really like Sakuragi Hanamichi from Slam Dunk! 😂😂😂 He can freely switch between Chinese, English, and Japanese, which is amazing. His explanations of the sights were precise, and he knew exactly what kind of stories I wanted to hear. 😁 Our driver, Mr. Wang, also had excellent driving skills, and I slept very well on the bus. Seeing the fireworks from the boat requires a lottery, and unfortunately, our group drew second to last, so we couldn't get a good spot to watch. A friendly reminder: the view of the fireworks from the top deck is obstructed by the ship's equipment, so maybe the stern of the second deck would be the best viewing spot (but I'm not sure if every boat has the same setup).

This day trip was amazing! Our guide, Yuan, was professional and friendly, and the driver was thoughtful and reliable. The meeting time and location were clearly explained, and they provided support via WhatsApp throughout the day, which was reassuring. The entire tour was in Chinese, and the time spent at each stop was more than enough, making the itinerary very comfortable. The main attractions were absolutely beautiful! First, we went to Lake Ashi to take pictures, and every angle was incredibly photogenic. Then, we visited Hakone Shrine to pray and admire the classic torii gates and lake views. The biggest surprise was the Atami fireworks! ✨ There was no one blocking our view on the steps, and the fireworks exploded right in front of us. I couldn't get enough of watching and taking pictures! There was also time to shop and try local snacks. The whole trip was fulfilling and unforgettable. Highly recommended!

The tour guide, Director Ye, provided very detailed explanations and was very responsible for the group. They introduced the tour routes and good food nearby to the tourists, and also prepared attraction maps for everyone in advance! The bus ride was a bit long, 3 hours to get there and 4 hours to return, but there weren't too many people in the group, so one person could sit in two seats, which was very spacious! Overall, it's a good review! A big thumbs up!

Excellent day tour and save the time on public transport. Arakurayama park, Mount Fuji Ropeway and Oshino Hakkai.

Places were a bit far from each other and it was a day before new years and traffic was so bad. but overall the tour guide and driver was very nice about it
