Very nice location. The room was clean and comfortable. Staffs were very helpful. The hotel offer lockers to store luggages for customers who live there. convenient!

This was my first time booking a hotel through Klook, and I found it very convenient. The price was also better than other platforms. This hotel offers sea views, and you can even watch the sunrise the day after tomorrow – the scenery is absolutely stunning. It felt incredibly relaxing and pleasant. The room also had a tatami area with a table, which was perfect for late-night snacks and allowed four to six people to sit and chat together. When I booked, I informed the hotel it was a birthday trip, and they thoughtfully decorated the bedroom specially, which was a wonderful surprise. There's also a hot spring available from morning until midnight, with a regular pool and a massage pool. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus service at designated times: from the hotel to Atami Station every half hour from 9 AM to 12 PM, and from Atami Station to the hotel from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM. I stayed from the 9th to the 12th, and I truly didn't want to leave. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance. Cleanliness: It was acceptable, though a bit old. Transportation Convenience: You can take the hotel's shuttle bus to and from the station and the hotel at designated times. Alternatively, you can walk downhill to the hotel, but walking to Atami Station requires going uphill. Hotel Location: The scenery is superb. You can walk to the hotel from the station, but it's a downhill walk of about 10 to 15 minutes. Service: The hotel staff were friendly.

Service: The service is attentive and helpful. They assisted me with car rental, offered a DIY spice packet service, and provided a welcome drink. Hotel Location: The hotel rooftop offers a view of the fireworks display. While it's not as spectacular as watching from the beach, it's nice to avoid the crowds there, and the fireworks show is still great. Dinner: The dishes were exquisite and delicious.

The room was clean and comfortable. The best part was the spa next door! Do leave yourself enough time to enjoy it as it has multiple types of sauna as well. Food was okay and nothing too special. The road walking up to the hotel does have a fairly steep incline.

Easy to redeem! I recommend going in right when it opens so you can take photos of the kaleidoscope ceiling with fewer people. My large luggage was too big for the lockers, but I was able to ask the front desk to store it for me directly! There was no extra charge. On the way back, you can also take the shuttle bus to Atami Station for ¥200.

I did my tour with Serina and she is an absolutely lovely person that gives it at least 110% effort in order to make the journey as pleasant and as smooth as possible for everyone. I usually dislike tours like this to be honest, as the itinerary is either bad or tour guide not managing the group well enough in order for everyone being on time. Serina managed all of that excellently though and I would choose to travel with her again for sure. Had a great day, thank you Serina!

Stunning Coastal Escape! 🏔️🌊 A perfect day trip that balances mountain views and ocean breezes. Mt. Omuro is the star—the chairlift ride up is fun, and the 360-degree views of Mt. Fuji and the islands from the crater rim are unforgettable. Mt. Omuro: Unique volcanic scenery; the easy walk around the summit is a must. Jogasaki Coast: Dramatic cliffs and a thrilling suspension bridge. Atami/Ito: Charming coastal vibes and great spots for local seafood. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to see Japan's natural beauty beyond the city!

It was my first time seeing fireworks from the sea, and it was truly spectacular; the fireworks were beautiful. I'm so glad we chose the boat tour to watch them. We were the fourth group to board, and we easily found an excellent viewing spot. The weather was clear, and we could see very bright stars from the sea without any light pollution. Another highlight of this trip was seeing bioluminescent plankton (blue tears) in the ocean – I was so happy! The weather was cool and comfortable during our visit. Mr. Sakuragi's commentary and explanations of the attractions along the way were very detailed, and he helped us complete a wonderful journey. Thank you.

Our tour guide, Zhan Jie, was excellent. He provided relevant information about the shrine and offered helpful advice based on his previous experience, recommending several great spots to watch the fireworks. The driver of the Green 38 bus on May 26th was friendly and kind. He even shared some private scenic spots and knew the route well, ensuring we could catch our return transportation on time.
