I was so lucky to have Zoe/Xiao Wang as our tour guide for the Atami Fireworks Day Tour!
What impressed me most about the entire trip was her excellent management of time and group order. Her explanations of the attractions were clear, and she thoroughly covered all important details. She also managed every meeting time perfectly, allowing the entire itinerary to proceed smoothly as planned.
I particularly appreciate her "gentle but principled" approach to leading the group. When she needed to remind group members, she always maintained a soft demeanor but firmly insisted that everyone adhere to the schedule and group rules.
I believe a good tour guide isn't necessarily about providing excessive service, but rather about clearly communicating what needs to be said and effectively managing what needs to be controlled, allowing travelers to enjoy their journey with peace of mind.

This tour was the highlight of my first day in Japan. Matt is an incredible guide. He shared fascinating background about Enoshima and Atami that brought the locations to life. He never rushed us as we had plenty of time to soak in the views and grab photos.
I appreciate Matt’s thoughtfulness. When I realized I had forgotten my phone charging cable and asked where I could buy one, he did not just point me to a store. . . he handed me his own cable to use. That kind of kindness is rare. He saved my phone battery for the photos. 👍
He also gave us 2 of the "must-visit" spots for first-timers in Tokyo and what to watch out for.
The fireworks were breathtaking and Matt’s guidance made the experience completely stress-free.
This is definitely a bookmark-worthy experience.

We had a big bus to a cozy group of about 12 people. The ride was comfortable since the journey was long but we were given breaks at rest stops along the way. The guides took good care of us. The weather was great and we were given enough time to explore Jogasaki coast and Mt Omuro. The latter was foggy at times and taking a walk around the crater felt mystical because of the fog and illusion of low hanging clouds. It was also cooling to walk around which was a good respite from the hot humid summer.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Tour guide Zhan Jie was absolutely fantastic! We didn't miss a single stop, including the Lake Ashi pirate ship, Hakone Shrine, and the Atami Fireworks Festival. The itinerary was smooth, the pace was comfortable, and there was no shopping involved. The guide's explanations were lively and engaging. On the evening of our return, there was a huge crowd, and he was very foresightful, concerned we might miss our train. He specially arranged for our vehicle to arrive early, allowing everyone to get on right after the fireworks, completely eliminating any stress about rushing for the train! The meeting instructions were clear and precise, and the service was thoughtful and thorough, making the round trip from Tokyo completely worry-free. It's rare to find such a responsible Chinese-speaking guide, I genuinely and highly recommend him! 👍👍👍👍👍

This tour was excellent as it was mostly our driver/guide dropping us off on each location, and giving us some information about the place + plenty of time to explore by ourselves. Mt. Omuro and the fireworks were my favorite parts of this trip. Just note that you might want to bring your own food as the only food stops in this tour will be convenience stores (we stopped at like 3 konbinis, so we were good)

This itinerary is perfect for families with children; meal times and tour arrangements are just right. Our guide, Tommy, was very responsible and attentive, managing the schedule perfectly and recommending the most comfortable and convenient spot to watch the fireworks. We didn't have to spend time pushing through crowds after the show, and both adults and children thoroughly enjoyed themselves and felt comfortable.

It’s so worth it!!!! Our tour guide Andy is very helpful and the entire trip is very comfy. Enough silent time on the tour bus but still the tour guide will step whenever needed. Pretty enough time for every point (of course you need spend more time if you want deeply exploration) and the firework is simply chef kiss. Highly recommended~

Yamamuro san was incredibly patient, thoughtful and accommodative. He is a very careful driver and kept checking in on us. Made our trip to Izu pleasant and enjoyable.
