We were very satisfied with the service provided by the chartered car company and the driver. Our flight was delayed for two days due to the typhoon in Hong Kong. The chartered car company and the driver were flexible and accommodating, and they didn't charge any extra fees. During the trip, the driver was familiar with the routes, drove safely, and suggested convenient alternatives based on temporary traffic and weather conditions. The service hours were also flexible. Our family was very satisfied.

Service very good and nothing to complaint. They will contact you earlier to arrange pick up location and explaint very well about the activity. Driver very good, punctual and helpful. Don't worry about communication because driver will guide you via we chat and bring to the point to take a bus, cable car and drop off location. Tour guide: When planning the trip, I inquired with several travel companies, specifically asking if they had female guides. Klook recommended Sister Mei to us, saying that customers who had been with her thought she was exceptionally good. So, after comparing several options, we embarked on a five-day, four-night journey with Sister Mei as our driver. Unexpectedly, Sister Mei turned out to be a fantastic guide – patient, meticulous, conscientious, and responsible. She took everyone's feelings into account and took care of us without us having to say much. Sister Mei thoughtfully prepared fruits, snacks, and local delicacies for us. She never rushed us, cared about whether we were warm enough, and demonstrated excellent driving skills on difficult roads. I knew choosing a female driver and female guide wouldn't be a mistake!

A Day Trip to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain My group tour to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain took a nice turn, thanks to a flexible plan. Our Grand Cableway ride was supposed to be in the morning, but it got rescheduled to the afternoon. Our guide quickly adjusted the itinerary—we visited Blue Moon Valley first, then the cableway. The valley’s turquoise water, like liquid jade, was breathtaking; we walked the boardwalk and laughed at the icy stream. By 2 PM, we took the cableway up. The snow-dusted peaks against the blue sky made the thin air feel worth it. We snapped photos and enjoyed the quiet grandeur. Our driver waited patiently whenever we lingered, and the customer service team had confirmed the change earlier, keeping everything smooth. Tired but happy by evening, the schedule shift only made the day better. Great service and stunning views—this trip will stay with me.

Solo traveling has a lot of limitations, so booking this tour was really great value for the money. Since there wasn't a tour guide, the driver and master were local Naxi people who took this group of a few people and introduced the scenery and customs of Lijiang and Shangri-La along the way. His driving skills were truly first-class, safe and stable 👍🏻. The itinerary was rich but not too tiring, with enough time for us to slowly acclimatize to the high altitude. I would join again next time I come to Yunnan 👍🏻.

This trip to Shangri-La was planned in early July, to help my child relax before the start of the new school term and prepare for the academic challenges ahead. The itinerary was very well-organized and comprehensive, covering all of Shangri-La's famous attractions in just four days. A special shout-out to Mr. Ba Ge, our driver from Yunnan Youxiake, whose driving skills were exceptionally steady. He was also very enthusiastic and showed us the unique scenery of Yunnan. On the second day, my child felt unwell due to altitude sickness. Mr. Ba Ge not only provided us with a portable oxygen tank, but also went the extra mile by driving an additional 50 kilometers round trip to take us to the hotel so we could settle in, allowing my child to rest and recover in an oxygenated room. After we arrived home safely, Mr. Ba Ge even sent a message to check on my child's condition. These heartwarming acts of kindness were truly touching. We are extremely satisfied with the entire trip, especially with Mr. Ba Ge from Youxiake. A big thumbs up to him, and wishing him all the best!

The itinerary was well-organized and fulfilling. Starting from Lijiang, we were able to smoothly complete the trip to Deqin and Yubeng in five days. Our guide and driver, Baima, was experienced and attentive, providing us with advance notice of important information. The accommodations were conveniently located and well-equipped, allowing my son and I to successfully complete the trip. Thank you!

Decent local cuisines served in emperor banquet style. Fascinating lightings and beautiful dancing performances. the Location is quite secluded, which is at the Dongba valley, about 30 mins from the town but overall still worth a visit. Recommended! (non halal)
