Great experience to visit Shangri-la, the pace of the trip is comfortable with ample time for us to visit the attractions, be with nature and being surrounded by majestic views. Grateful for this experience, and the people who made this trip memorable including the driver/ guide and tour members!

It has been a really great experience, my friend and I don't speak Mandarin but the driver who are able to communicate in English will always try his best to explain and include us in the activities. Not only that, our team members are all very kind and helpful too. The driver even proactively understood our dietary restrictions and did his best to find us dishes that we could enjoy. All in all, it's a very fun tour and all the hotel accommodations are also very nice and well chosen. For the tour route, sadly the fogs were too thick for us to see sunrise in Meili Mountain but everything else is just perfect, highly recommended!

This trip was perfect! The travel agency was very accommodating to our itinerary requests, and communication back and forth was very clear. Master Xia was also excellent; he shared information about Yunnan's attractions with us throughout the journey. His explanations were very interesting, and he gave us plenty of time to take photos. The mountain roads were winding, but the driver was very steady and safe, so no one got carsick! The car was also very comfortable, clean, and spacious. Seeing the sunrise illuminate the Golden Mountain, the moon illuminate the Silver Mountain, and the beautiful sunset at Meili Snow Mountain was truly worth it, bringing a perfect end to this trip! The operator was very responsible. He contacted me immediately after placing the order. If I had any questions, I could ask them right away. Every day, the butler would send us the itinerary for the next day. The driver would also explain the local customs to us. We set off at 9 o'clock every day and could sleep until we woke up naturally. The driver would also teach us how to use the oxygen cylinder. The scenery was beautiful and he never rushed us, giving us enough freedom. Thanks to everyone who made this trip possible.

The trip ended successfully. We saw the magnificent Tiger Leaping Gorge, the golden sunshine of Meili Snow Mountain, and the rich vegetation of Pudacuo. Master Li Xiangtao provided service throughout the trip. He was patient, thoughtful, and hospitable. He introduced the local conditions and scenic spots of Yunnan along the way. He was humorous and witty. It is worth a thumbs up! Very good!

Accommodation conditions were within expectations. The driver, Mr. Wang Xiaodong, had good driving skills and the itinerary was well arranged. Unfortunately, the weather was bad on the day of Feilai Temple and we did not see the Rizhao Jinshan Mountain. In addition, it is recommended to add a Napahai viewing point (such as the Alpine Botanical Garden) between the black pottery experience and the Napahai afternoon tea.

The experience was great, the price-performance ratio is very high, and the tour guide/driver, Xiao He, was very enthusiastic, considerate, and had a good service attitude. I will choose Klook again for my next trip.
