Fantastic 5.0
The ferry from Singapore to Batam Island, Indonesia, takes only one hour. Upon arrival, it's very convenient to apply for an Indonesian visa on arrival. There's no assigned seating on the ferry, so you can choose any spot you like. The air conditioning is quite cool, and you can check in luggage 🧳. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Read the 'how to use' instructions in the booking email. Prepare the booking voucher with the QR code through the email or app by Klook, to be scanned or shown to the coach bus driver. The bus arrived just in time and punctual so please remember to standby earlier, at least 15-20 minutes before. The waiting area for this WTS 9 bus was located near the front of the line that queued for Ikea bus. Traffic was clear so it took less than 20 minutes to Punggol and about half an hour to Woodlands Checkpoint. Do prompt the coach bus driver if you are heading to Taman Ungku Tun Aminah (TUTA) as your planned destination before reaching Johor Bahru Checkpoint CIQ, for headcount and re-board purposes. Best to speed through in 15 minutes if possible and use the automated E-gates at both checkpoints to avoid delays, only 20 minutes given. Clean and cozy bus. Attentive and focused staff. Good experience and safe journey.

Affordable price. Easy to find the redemption counter. They even give us the mosquito repellent band. Any questions you can check with the staff there and they are friendly to guide you. There’s also convenience store available at the ferry terminal for you to buy food and drinks.

Fantastic 5.0
I recently took the ferry from Majestic to Batam and back to Singapore, and it was a great experience. The ride was smooth and comfortable and I was glad I chose them this time. Previously I tried a few other companies and feel Majestic is the best. Look no further, I will definitely choose Majestic again in future. Some other passengers I spoke to felt the same as well.

What to know before visiting Singapore

Quick snapshot of Singapore and what draws visitors

Singapore is a compact city known for family-friendly attractions, with theme parks, zoos & aquariums, and parks & gardens dominating bookings. Demand on Klook shows a clear yearly rhythm, with noticeable peaks in early summer and quieter pockets later in the year.

Best months to visit and how prices behave

Klook booking data shows peak demand in June and July, while August reports the weakest demand. Prices drift through the year: according to Klook data, December typically records the lowest activity prices, while June is usually the priciest. Travelers who want lower prices and smaller crowds should consider visiting in December or the trough in August, while those after a lively, peak-season atmosphere will find June and July busiest and most vibrant. Overall, prices and demand mostly move together around the mid-year peak, with both higher demand and higher prices in June and July.

Tips for travellers from the Philippines

Most visitors from the Philippines tend to book activities about four days before their trip, with some locking in plans earlier—about two weeks in advance—for popular dates. If you plan to travel in June or July, booking a bit earlier helps secure preferred times and experiences; for spontaneous short trips, many activities remain bookable close to departure. Use Klook to compare timings and snag flexible options that suit your schedule.
