After having stayed at their Rochor location, I find the garden area in Bencoolen lacking. However the location here on Bencoolen in the Civic district is unbeatable; there's food, activities and major transport lines just steps away. If one is big sized, one may find the shower stall and the toilet area to be rather cramped. The queen sized bed is fine if one is alone but it would be rather narrow if there's a couple. I had a good stay.

Very convenient location - Bencoolen MRT is just a few steps away literally, there is also a bus stop nearby, convenient stores and foodcourt also nearby. I love that they have water refilling station in the ground floor, with ice options - perfect for SG weather! Breakfast buffet variety could be improved - especially for protein. Check-in/out process very smooth! Would love to be back here.

Hotel Mi Bencoolen is a really great choice if you want efficiency and ease of access to the MRT and nearby places like Chinatown and Little India. The staff and facilities were great. Only downside I could think of was the walls were thin, we often woke up earlier than we wanted to because we could hear doors slamming and the pipes working. Nevertheless, still a. great hotel.

Great location with easy access. Just beside the MRT station and bus station. Beside the hotel, you can find Mosque for prayinig. Food area is just accross the hotel, also mini market. Room are clean. Bathroom has bidet.
