Bus was on time, clean, comfy and had a lot of legroom. Has a stoppver in JB for 20mins to buy food and treats.

The bus was comfortable and the overall journey was good. The booking and boarding process were smooth, and the staff were helpful. However, the travel time was longer than expected due to traffic and border clearance. Still, it was a convenient and affordable way to travel from Singapore to Malaysia.

Reliable and comfortable, there were only 3 passengers in total and yet they did not cancel. Make sure you have your voucher with you so they can confirm it even if your name does not appear in the driver’s roster. Driver doesn’t speak English so don’t expect answers to your question. Make sure you have data so you can search what you want to ask. Some seats don’t recline and some foot rest don’t go up but overall very comfortable.

First-time foreign passengers found it unfriendly: 1. The stop was behind a shopping mall, which was hard to find for first-timers, with no clear signs. 2. During the journey, there were several stops without timely audio announcements: Singapore immigration, Malaysia immigration, lunch stop, and restroom breaks.
