I took Bus 707 from Ban San Street (Queen St Terminal) to Melaka; it was a pretty smooth ride. We allowed to board the bus 30 mins earlier at 5:00 PM and the bus departed at 5:30 PM, arriving around 9:00 PM, so the timing was quite accurate. Luckily, the air-conditioning was already on when we got in, which was a big plus, especially with the evening heat. The driver was friendly and welcoming, making the journey feel comfortable and pleasant overall. A good option if you’re looking for a hassle-free trip to Melaka. Make sure to go to the counter to get your 'ticket'. No extra fee required.
the bus is very comfortable, large seats. bus terminal is easy to locate, can reach from rochor mrt station. needs to be 30 minutes before departure to exchange for bus tickets and submit arrival card online. quick customs clearance at borders.
Overall, it was a seamless trip, or should I say I was the one who caused the delay. I made a silly mistake on not registering to enter Singapore earlier so I needed to do it before going through the immigration. The bus driver was right outside the immigration waiting for the missing passenger and asked what happened without any sign of irritation. I am sincerely grateful to the driver and other passengers for waiting.
Bus details were sent about 2 hours before departure. Departure was scheduled to leave Melaka at 2.15pm, but driver left at 2.30pm. Ended up reaching Singapore (Ban San Street) at about 9.30pm due to long weekend jam.
redemption guide:It would be better that there will be a heads up on what bus we are taking as it can be very confusing. Overall, it still convenient to take the bus from Malacca back to SG. the location is just behind hatten hotel.
We traveled from Malacca to Singapore, and both our departure and arrival times were punctual. The driver reminded us about immigration procedures, and we also stopped at a rest area during the journey for a restroom break. The seats were spacious and comfortable.
I took the trip from Queen's Terminal to Casa Del Rio Hotel on Sunday at 07:15. It took a total of 5 hours. I was worried it would take a long time because it was the weekend, but thankfully it didn't. Departure from Singapore, entry into Malaysia, and restroom use is available at one rest area.
Bus is on time. Seat is spacious but only with fair cleanliness - there were biscuit crumbs on my seat and seat belt. Travelling time was slightly longer than expected.
Try to find a parking spot on the side of the hotel. There is no staff to tell which car goes where, but you can ask the driver. Try to arrive 30 minutes before departure.
Overall, it was a smooth process. After purchasing, they send instructions via WhatsApp. I arrived at the location in the photos ahead of time. At the ticket window, they gave me a ticket with the seat number and bus license plate written on it. The bus was only a few minutes late. The seats were large and comfortable, and there was no one at the border crossing except for our bus.
