Singapore - Johor Bahru Bus by WTS Travel

Bus came 10mins early and left on time at 9am from Punggol. Smooth ride on a Sunday morning. Took about 40mins to reach Singapore Causeway. Reached CIQ around 10am. Will definitely ride with WTS9 again. Good experience.

Alhamdulillah a smooth journey on a sunny Friday morning. We took the first bus at Tampines mrt exit b. Not to many people. its a new bus and the bus driver was friendly too. Reach TUTA station 10:45 Love to ride again ❤️

We took the bus on a Sun morning at 1030am. The number of passengers boarding the coach was ok and the ride was comfortable too. From pick up at 1030am till Malaysian custom it was fast and easy.

Friendly drivers – The drivers are approachable and courteous, making the journey pleasant. 2. Patience at pick-up – Even when the pick-up point was empty, they waited instead of driving off, showing consideration for passengers. 3. Same bus through customs – The convenience of staying on the same bus from the pick-up point through both Singapore and Malaysia customs is a huge plus. 4. Seamless boarding – After clearing customs, there’s no need to queue again. You simply walk to the WTS bus and board directly. 5. Affordable fares – The fare is cheap and saves both money and time compared to taking a taxi, bus, or train to Kranji MRT. 6. Convenient locations – With pick-up and drop-off points near home in the northeast, it’s far more practical than other transport options.

Boarded the bus at 1150am at Punggol and waited till 12pm before we left for the checkpoint. Maybe it's a weekday hence I was the only one who boarded the bus. Cleared both immigration and arrived at JB CIQ at 1245pm. I didn't continue to TUTA. Will use this service again when needed. Please don't stop this service 😅

Bus came sharp at 10:30am to Punggol G20 taxi stand. There is a staff to give instruction when we onboard the bus. The whole journey was super smooth. We left after JB immigration. Managed to arrive at JB city square at 11:35. Would recommend to friends

convenient trip. but only thing I took the 130pm bus from Punggol but bus left earlier at 126pm. luckily I was there earlier if not I’ll missed the bus even if I reached few minutes later before 130. hope can improve on this as bus should have leave after following each timetable.

A great first experience for Easties to travel from Tampines/Punggol to JB. Bus was empty when it arrived from Changi Airport, it has empty seats when it arrived at Tampines MRT. Booking via Klook is seamless, just tell the driver how many passengers and he will verify. When it arrived at Punggol, it has not much passengers as well, but overtime it will be crowded as this service is relatively new.

Buses were On time! Drivers are very helpful, friendly and explained to us clearly where to find them after custom clearance.

Tried WTS for my Singapore–Johor trips, and it made traveling so much easier! Comfortable seats, reasonable prices, and a stress-free journey. Definitely my go-to choice from now on! 🚌💛✨
