• You can display your voucher by logging in to the Klook app / website, tapping "Account" then "Bookings" and selecting "View Voucher".
• Please note that you will not be able to use the voucher if you cannot show it to the local staff on your smartphone or other device on the day of use.
• The URL to display the voucher must be presented on a smartphone or other device with internet access. Please note that you may not be able to access it in places without WiFi.
• When entering the facility, the facility staff needs to operate the electronic voucher. Please note that if you accidentally operate it yourself, the ticket will be invalidated and you will not be able to enter.
• If you wish to reserve two seats for one person, you will be charged for two people.
• If you make a reservation for an odd number of people including one person, you may have to share a seat depending on the situation.
• The vehicle may be changed depending on the number of passengers. (Bus, taxi, jumbo taxi, etc.)
