• Aoiike (Blue Pond): Aoiike is a natural landscape. The color of the pond water may vary due to weather, light, and seasonal changes. Please refer to the actual site for the current view.
• Shikisai-no-Oka: The blooming of flowers at Shikisai-no-Oka is affected by seasons and weather. Please refer to the actual conditions on site for the flower status. No refunds will be issued if the expected results are not met.
• Forest Elf Terrace: The Forest Elf Terrace is an open attraction. Some shops may be temporarily closed due to business hours, weather, or temporary arrangements. Please refer to the actual situation on site.
• Roller Coaster Road: Roller Coaster Road is a scenic spot viewed from the car window along the way. There is no getting off the car for sightseeing, and the actual viewing effect is affected by weather and traffic conditions.
• HERB GARDEN FURANO (Lunch): The buffet lunch and all-you-can-eat cantaloupe are only available for selected packages, and the meal content will be arranged according to the restaurant's availability on the day.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 4 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund

Booking changes policy
