• Pre-departure notice: One day before departure, we will send a confirmation email, including license plate number, tour guide contact information, and meeting-related details. Please pay close attention to your reserved email address and check it promptly.
• Assembly and Punctuality: Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point in advance. Late arrivals will not be waited for or refunded, and you will be responsible for the consequences.
• Itinerary adjustment: Itinerary time and sequence may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, or attraction status. We appreciate your understanding.
• Force Majeure: The itinerary may be changed or canceled in case of bad weather, natural disasters, or temporary closure of attractions.

Attraction information

• Zoo Closure Alternative: If the zoo is closed (April 8–April 28, 2026, November 4–November 10), it will be changed to Yumoto Shirogane Onsen for approximately 120 minutes; if the onsen is closed, it will be replaced with a similar onsen.
• Ningle Terrace Closure Notice: The park may be closed from 2026/11/03 to 11/28. In case of closure, the itinerary will be adjusted to change the duration of stay or replace with other attractions.
• If Asahiyama Zoo or Ningle Terrace is closed, it may be adjusted to approximately 140 minutes at Biei Shirogane Onsen, or a stop at Shirasu Falls/local dining may be added depending on the situation.

Vehicle & luggage info

• The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
