• As the bus parking area is located on a riverbed, some surfaces may be uneven. For your safety and comfort, please wear suitable walking shoes. Umbrellas are not permitted in the fireworks viewing area.
• Evening temperatures may be cooler than expected due to seasonal weather conditions. We recommend bringing a jacket or other warm clothing.
• The itinerary, sightseeing order, and arrival times may be adjusted due to traffic, weather, or operational circumstances on the day of the tour.
• Please arrive on time at all meeting points and departure locations.
• The tour may conclude at a different location from the original meeting point.
• Please note that buses used for this tour are not equipped with onboard restrooms.
• For safety reasons, seat belts must be worn whenever the vehicle is in motion.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited on board the bus.
• Storage space is limited, and large luggage such as suitcases may not be accepted.
• The tour will depart promptly once the designated check-in time has passed. Late arrivals will not be accommodated.
• The tour operator cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred due to missed departures, including transportation, accommodation, or related expenses.
• Bus seat assignments cannot be requested in advance and will be determined by the tour operator.
• Guests traveling in odd-numbered groups may be asked to share seats with other passengers.
• Pets are not permitted on this tour.
• In the event that the tour cannot operate due to force majeure, including natural disasters, accidents, or transportation disruptions, the tour may be changed or cancelled by 12:00 PM on the day before departure. If this occurs, notification will be sent via email or messaging app.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 72 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
