Reviews
Our guide, Michelle, is from Hong Kong and speaks authentic Cantonese. Her service was professional and her attitude was friendly - thumbs up! There were only three participants, but the tour still went ahead, which felt like having a private guide - thumbs up! With fewer people, we didn't have to wait around. We visited many attractions, and the sightseeing time was adequate. Of course, you could stay longer if you went on your own, but walking on snowy ground in winter is inconvenient. If there's a blizzard, it would be better to have point-to-point transportation. I'll join again next time I come.
We visited all of Sapporo's famous attractions. Our tour guide, Ms. Yang, managed the time well and took great care of everyone. Highly recommended.
Five Stars for Katherine and our very accommodating, competent driver. It was our first time in Sapporo and Katherine regaled us with stories about our stops. Our lunch was topnotch and reasonable price-wise. We did not have to line up and had a very comfortable time at the restaurant. We were able to spend enough time at every stop, and we covered all the go-to spots in central Sapporo. Highly recommended for first time Sapporo visitors.
Our guide, Catherine Lee, made this an exceptional experience for us. She was generous with sharing, patient and personable. The number of stops in the itinerary is good for visitors who want to see as much as possible in a day.
Katherine was an absolutely wonderful tour guide—friendly, approachable, and incredibly hands-on throughout the entire experience. She made everyone feel comfortable right away and went above and beyond to ensure we were engaged and enjoying every moment. Her enthusiasm and attention to detail really stood out, and she was always ready to help, answer questions, or share interesting insights. Thanks to her, the tour felt both personal and memorable.
Catherine is very friendly and able to speak multiple languages. She make the whole day trip very enjoyable.
This was cancelled and we didn’t know it before arrived the meeting place. There was an email but overlooked it because it wasn’t that recognizable as from klook team.
