Porocle Sapporo City Electric Bicycle Rental Card

●After purchase, please go to the Sapporo TV Tower 1st floor information service center and present your electronic voucher for exchange. Business hours: 9:30–18:30. ●No refunds will be issued after the application is completed. ●One Porocle card is required per bicycle. ●Cannot be used by individuals under 140cm in height. ●Bicycles can be returned at any designated location within Sapporo City. ●If a bicycle is not returned within the specified time, we will search for and recover it. In this case, the customer will be responsible for all costs. ●Please be aware of traffic accidents and other incidents; the user is responsible for any traffic accidents that occur during use. ●Please observe traffic rules and etiquette when using. In case of violation, including fines, the user will bear full responsibility. ●The Sapporo City Government collects illegally parked bicycles daily within the city, stores them at a designated location, and an additional fee is required to redeem them. If a bicycle is recovered because the customer violated regulations by parking it in a prohibited area, or parked it without permission on private land or in a way that obstructs pedestrians, all costs for return, storage, and usage fees incurred until return will be borne by the user. ●Please be careful about loss or damage to the card. If the card is lost or damaged, a new one must be purchased. ●Please be sure to check for malfunctions before use. If parts are lost or damaged due to the user’s negligence, corresponding fees will be charged. ●Please be sure to check the remaining battery level before use. Batteries or bicycles cannot be replaced during use. If a malfunction unfortunately occurs, although you can continue to move, you will not be unable to return the bicycle. 1. For the customer themselves: ① Death/Residual Disability Insurance Amount: 10 million JPY ② Daily Hospitalization Insurance Amount: 5,000 JPY ③ Daily Inpatient Examination Insurance Amount: 2,500 JPY
2. For third-party claims: Maximum amount for personal and property compensation (200 million JPY per accident). ＜Special Provisions＞ ① Litigation Response Cost Compensation, maximum payment limit: 10 million JPY per accident, within the insurance period ② Initial Response Cost Compensation, maximum payment limit: 10 million JPY per accident, within the insurance period ③ Victim Medical Expense Compensation, maximum payment limit: 500,000 JPY per person
