Our guide today is Christy. She has clearly explained the key attractions in English and Mandarin. The tour is well organised. Before the tour starts, Christy sent me Whatsapp, so I know the details well in advance and has a chance to clarify with her since I have her contact details.
The tour was very fun and she was lovely, talkative, and gave good advice and was attentive to the tourists. BC
nice day trip around the area really good food included and nicely paced really good guide and interesting views
The itinerary for this tour was adjusted due to bad weather, which is understandable. However, I was originally going to Lake Yamanaka, but the tour guide was concerned about rain preventing a boat tour. So, the guide decided for everyone that we would go to a hot spring instead of Lake Yamanaka. Unfortunately, due to poor communication between the guide and the driver, the driver still took the remaining passengers who hadn't gotten off to Lake Yamanaka, while I had already disembarked at the hot spring hotel. I was very upset to learn this afterward, as I specifically chose a Mount Fuji day trip because I was eager to see the scenery of Lake Yamanaka with my own eyes. I hope that in the future, tour guides can respect tourists' decisions and arrange itineraries with proper communication with the driver. Additionally, the 40-minute stop at the first attraction, Fuji Shibazakura Festival, was far too rushed.
The tour guide Jiang Jiwan is great and the explanations are very detailed. It is really great that you can get explanations anytime and anywhere. Would like to come with this guide again! Great
Today's trip was very pleasant. The tour guide Jiang Jiwan made good arrangements. I would also like to thank the driver for his efforts, which made the trip a complete success. Recommended to participate in this event.
The tour package included three attractions, but we only visited two. Please avoid booking this tour on Saturdays and Sundays. The driver drove too slowly. While it was a smooth ride, it was extremely slow and slower than the speed limit on the highway. A 2-hour drive turned into 4 hours. The entire trip consisted of 8 hours of driving time, with only 1.5 hours spent at two attractions. I've been on other tours before that visited five attractions and were only at most one hour overtime. We were forced to have lunch at a designated restaurant (100g of Wagyu beef for ¥3500, with no beef flavor), which was expensive and not tasty. The tour guide initially wanted to skip the 5th Station of Mount Fuji, but the group objected, so they changed it to skipping Lake Yamanaka. This was truly one of the most painful trips ever. Because we were overtime, there were no stops for restrooms or food. I had back pain, stomach pain, and a headache. It was a waste of time and money.
Couldn't find the tour guide that day, almost had to cancel the trip. Lunch options at the restaurant were limited, but the rest of the itinerary was okay.
The itinerary was acceptable, but the Shibazakura (moss phlox) was a bit disappointing!
