Reviews
Excellent tour, very beautiful places and the guide was excellent, the whole tour was very enjoyable
The itinerary was well-arranged and the flow was smooth. It's a shame we didn't get to ride the cable car 🚡 (closed in June/July), but we did take the lake cruise. To be honest, it was quite boring, lasting only about 10 minutes. I really love small groups – with the guide, there were fewer than 23 people! We were also very lucky to see Mount Fuji 🗻 today and even went up to the 5th Station, which is why I chose this tour! Otherwise, other Klook tours are usually crowded with people. I have to commend our driver 👏. He quickly got us to our designated locations throughout the trip, and on the way back, we even arrived half an hour early! I'm incredibly impressed with the driver's skills.
Our guide Jenny is si familiar with the place and collaborates with the bus driver to know where to go first so we can be ahead from the other bus tours. It was well paced and suited nicely with my old folks. An alternate activity was provided timely when the ropeway had very long cue. She explains well in English and tells us trivia of the places we visit. Wonderful experience at Kawaguchi even though Mt Fuji was so shy the whole time.
Very good value for money! We got to see everything we hoped for, usually trips with this many stops isn't something you will find. Our guide was so nice and thoughtful, giving tips what foods to try and offered to take a picture of us! Sometimes the ropeway may be full of people and it has to be skipped, but we were fortunate enough to visit there. Also the Mt. Fuji 5th Station had snow recently and visits may have to cancel but we were lucky ti get there! It's worth every minute!
Our tour guide, Kathy, was very polite and humorous. Due to traffic issues, we arrived at the meeting point at the very last minute, but she patiently waited for us. Throughout the entire tour, she provided detailed explanations and highlighted the best photo spots at each attraction. The only downside was the once-in-a-century traffic jam we encountered on the way back. It took us over 5 hours to get from Lake Kawaguchiko to Shinjuku; we left at 4 PM and didn't arrive until 9:45 PM 🥲. Kathy was very patient and proactively asked if anyone in the group needed anything. We are truly grateful for her professionalism and service. Highly, highly recommend her! 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Our guide was incredibly kind and explained everything so well, and their Korean was native-level, so I was completely satisfied! I think Koreans can also trust and come here!
I booked the tickets in a hurry the day before yesterday, and rushed to the meeting point early this morning. Our tour guide was very patient and responsible, providing detailed explanations along the way. The schedule was packed, and she repeatedly reminded us to be careful in each activity, and helped everyone take pictures. Everyone had a great time, and the weather was especially good today, so we got to see Mount Fuji from all angles. It was truly worth the money!
Although we couldn't make it to the 5th Station due to the weather, our guide, Xiao Yu, made a great effort to take us to other places to see Mount Fuji.
The Mt. Fuji Panoramic Day Trip was absolutely amazing! Every stop — from the scenic Mt. Fuji 5th Station to the peaceful Oshino Hakkai and stunning Lake Kawaguchi — was picture-perfect. The Mt. Tenjo Ropeway offered breathtaking views of Fuji. Our guide Carp Feng was exceptional — informative, funny, and kept the tour perfectly organized. A must-do experience for anyone visiting Japan! 🗻✨
Our tour guide and driver, Brother Ma, was absolutely wonderful and incredibly enthusiastic, making our group of nine's Mount Fuji trip a joyous experience. Although the weather prevented us from reaching the 5th Station, it didn't diminish the fun atmosphere of the journey. Brother Ma's contribution was truly invaluable, and we look forward to joining another tour with him in the future.
