very clean hotel despite not a modern hotel in comparison to other 5 stars hotels…. old decor and very small bath tub . the staffs are very friendly . Price is higher than many five stars hotel around Shanghai. but you pay for the advantages to enter the park and saving times . hotel members are very conscious about payments , everything must paid in advance before you eat or do anything. they have a machine , soon you sat down and wanting to eat , before you even put food into your mouth , the staff members will come to your table to make you pay first … lol . very money oriented. NO PAY . NO SERVICE. the security guards are very polite. they great you each time you in and out the hotel. MICKEY, MINEE and the Goofey come during the breakfast and diner buffet time . they will do a dance while you are dining .. afterwards they will have pictures taken with you at the a designated area which is quite enjoyable for children. BUFFET breakfast and Diner is very good . 450 RMB approximately PER ADULT, 350 RMB approximately per child . when you book for breakfast include as the package of staying . such as 2 adults staying with a child over 3 years old . you must pay for your child for breakfast. the child is not included. it is a hidden cost of you are not aware. overall, it is a very expensive visit to Disneyland holiday hotel .

Wonderful staff and fantastic rooms, especially for families with kids. The front desk was very helpful. Very close to great food options, too. Shuttle to airport was super convenient.

Worth the price. They have free shuttle service so you don’t have to worry when you go to the airport, Disneyland and The Bund. There is also nearby metro station, around 5-10 minutes walk.
